He visited the filming site of The Lament of Autumn and he was dressed in the soldiers outfit so I think he will have a small guest role or something in that drama with Cheng Lei. I can't wait to see them in one drama!

BTW, found out a bit more info about him online, his possible age and some dramas that are not listed here on MDL. I don't know who decides which dramas/movies are listed on MDL but I find it a bit weird that he has well known works that this page does not even list as his works. I wish someone would bring his drama page up to date! I would if I knew how, but I don't know...

About his age:
You can't find his birthyear anywhere online, only the date and his constellation, which is cancer, but no mention of his Chinese Zodiac sign, so I can't deduce his birthyear from his constellation sign. However, on one site (https://www-cecet-cn.translate.goog/stardata/0001/125812.shtml?_x_tr_sch=http&_x_tr_sl=zh-CN&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=sc) it says he enlisted in Shanghai Armed Police Force in 2003. According to AI, when I asked how old are guys when they enlist in Shanghai Armed Police Force, they must be at least 18 years old when they enlist, and typically this is the age they are when they enlist, and that they have to be under 25-30 years old. That's a big fork, but if we assume he has followed the typical path and age, and was 18 years old in 2003, then he would have been born in 1985. On another site (https://www.baike.com/wikiid/270281732111750543?anchor=4) it says he enlisted in the police force after graduating from high school which would have made him precisely 18 years old when he enlisted in 2003. Then he most likely really is born in 1985. This is the best evidence of his possible age that I have found online. So then he will turn 41 years old this year.

I don't get it why people are giving this drama bad reviews, this drama was extremely good. One of my favorites.

Watching right now at the moment actually!

I just found out that He Yu and Meng Zi Yi played a married couple in The Legend of Heroes, started watching it before this drama is released so I get to have a peek at their chemistry beforehand. Too bad TLOH doesn't have a lot of scenes for them, they are not main characters. So it's nice to have them as main characters in this drama. Apart from Light to the Night, Blossoms of Power is my other most anticipated drama this year. Both are coming soon, spring is bound to be good!

Some people here on MDL don't have access to Weibo so we need to ask help from you guys who do have access to the info. I am from Finland and can't access Weibo so I always have to check MDL comments to see what the situation is with dramas that haven't aired yet. I'm always thankful when people post here any info about possible or confirmed airing periods.

The drama is good, ignore MDL ratings when choosing a show to watch, the ratings go up and down, later the rating will probably rise again, no need to base your choice on the current rating, it's not permanent. So far I enjoy it more than Love Beyond the Grave, which is also good. I recommend, enjoy!

There's another drama Irreplaceable that is said to be released on Youku on April 7th. If that is true, I don't know if it will affect this drama and push its airing to later in the April. It's hard to know because Youku just airdrops dramas out of nowhere. Anyways, hoping to get to see Light to the Night soon.
