Intentional or not is a mistake. Instead of denying everything, his approach is ok as everyone makes mistakes. Imo he handled the case timely and appropriately.

Ok he admitted he had made a mistake, the best option is always just to admit it, apologize and settle the penalty as soon as possible like him rather than dragging on for long time. Then the public may move on and he may have a chance to come back.

Money is power, but it can also express love, in the form of monthly allowance from wife to husband, mother's life savings to the son, crowdfunding of civilians to support the hero. Love to strength transformation is well narrated in this show.
