Beyond frustrating for me! 😂 JBR and the dog is what got me through to the end. I actually wish he’d have ended up with his friend. She loved him unconditionally. I really felt sorry for her and Flora’s roommate. Both men were in love with Flora and had the perfect person standing in front of them, but they’re both too blind to see it. Isn’t that always the case though.

I’m glad I’m not the only one pointing that out. She wasn’t some helpless victim and he was constantly evil torturing her. She knew he was terrible at communicating. Heck his own mother kept telling her that. I kinda felt sorry for him. I think his dad was the one who really did a number on him. The reason he was like that at work was because Dony stabbed him in the back. I’m not saying that excuses his behavior, but it explains it. Betrayal and being put down really does a number on someone’s mental state.

Thank you! You listed everything I couldn’t stand about her. I know Luke had major issues as everyone has pointed out, but she just amplified his. Heck yeah she is a red flag. To me she is worse than he was in some ways. He didn’t know how to express himself most of the time, but she was too immature to be in a relationship. I was ready to pull my hair at both of them honestly but at her more so than him.

This was one of the most painful shows I've ever watched. I almost quit several times, but I hate stopping something once I start and JBR's performance was amazing and the dog was best supporting actor so they got me through it. I have never seen more misunderstandings and miscommunications between a couple than with these two. I'm shocked they made it a month much less 6 years. Everyone has listed Luke's multiple flaws so I won't go there with him it would take too long, but Flora drove me just as insane. No one seems to point out how she constantly lied to him about things and withhold things from him. No wonder the man was more insecure than he already was! He had them and she just amplified them! I got whiplash from one episode to the next with their moods because of hurt feelings/miscommunication. I wanted to throw my remote! Half the time I didn't feel like she really loved him. She couldn't even call him her boyfriend and kept saying how she didn't know how she felt. He didn't want to hide that she was girlfriend from anyone and made sure all of his friends and family knew it. JBR 's performance just overpowered her for me. A look from him spoke volumes without having to say a word whereas from her I just kept waiting to feel something, but all I got was a forlorn expression. Another thing that really bothered me was that he didn't tell her that the company found out about their relationship and he was basically being blackmailed/threatened into giving the other girl the job. He should have been honest with her and we could've been spared that vicious breakup. To me he would've been better off with the girl he grew up with, but you can't help who you fall in love with I suppose. I'm just glad I made it till the end. On to something more cheerful!

Do you think people will be able to handle seeing her in another drama with the ML who is 9 years older being a problem now that she is 18 years old? I really feel for HMH and everything he had to go through with her being cast in this show which I think was unfair btw. I think they were both amazing and I absolutely loved the show! I hope Lin Yi doesn't have to endure the same thing he did.

Just finished the show and I absolutely loved it! What an emotional roller coaster ride! HMH never disappoints and Ai Mi finally got her chance to shine as the leading lady! I loved their chemistry and thought they handled their romance beautifully! In fact I think someone is a huge Austen fan! That forehead scene with the light in between them reminded me of my favorite scene in the 2005 Pride & Prejudice! The infamous meadow scene! Best love confession! If Xiao Wu Yi would've said you've bewitched me body and soul and I think I would've died! Lol!

Waiting for it day to day is worse than waiting for the show to wrap up believe it or not, but I'm patient! HMH is worth waiting for though!

Oh trust me I never do. I just hated to see the age thing drive away other viewers when HMH had no control over the casting and I heard he even got some slack for it. I don’t know how much of that is true, but it breaks my heart. He is such a sweetheart and deserves nothing but love and support from his fans. That’s all he’s going to get from me 🥰

Oh! I am SO happy to see how many positive comments there are about the show! This makes me even more excited to see it. All I see on Reddit is nothing but negative comments and how no one is going to watch because she was 17 when they started filming which is a tragedy because of how hard all the actors worked on the show. Especially HMH who I am the biggest fan of! I am waiting till it wraps up to start it because I can't handle waiting day to day for this kind of show! I've been waiting for this one for forever and I'm going to have to binge my way through it so I'm really excited for it! It looks amazing!

I was think of watching this, but I wanted to wait until it finished before I started it to binge the show. I checked the end because lately I need happy endings before I commit to something these days I just can't help it, but can someone please explain wth was that ending.
