I agree. I met many people where the person they consider their soulmate is a friend of the same gender. it's like their other half where they just understand each other almost effortlessly
I did not read the manga or whatever it was from. So Johan is gay based on the context that he is in a gay bar? also the way her sister react when seeing his brother and Ryu, like during the rain and mud scene, it's like her sister knows how his brother feels towards Ryu.
same with Sumiku on how she is reacting, like when she saw the drawing of Johan posted on Ryu's bedroom, the way she reacts says that she gets it, Johan is special to Ryu. and now that I think about it. is this the reason why also they can easily share room together without being awkward to each other. because even if you are childhood friends, it's not like you also growing up sharing room together for them to get used to sleeping in the same room as an adult.
l digress. but like what the minority, I enjoyed every moment of this series. as a gay myself, I can relate with what they are going thru. yes intimacy is part of most relationship and it can even draw people together. but based on my experience I would rather have relationship like Johan and Ryu. the way they showed and proved their love for each other in small things in their daily lives, yet respecting each other's boundaries. this is true love for me. I believe this is love that would last a lifetime.
You can watch the Kiseki+ episode (or the EP 8.5 as I assume), that episode would make more sense to understand…
I just finished watching Kiseki+. OMG thanks for sharing this. I would have never known about it. I thought it was an exclusive clip but it was a whole episode.
Just finished this series this new year. Lol. I just have one question, hope someone can give an answer. What…
Okay, I just replayed episode 8 and found out that they met at the time their bosses were making a truce. I thought they have a deeper relationship since they have a photo together and Zhang Teng even printed their photo. Anyway, I must admit that I was also fast-forwarding the entire time I was watching this drama. Haha. I just can't with Bai ZhongYi's acting sometimes.
Just finished this series this new year. Lol. I just have one question, hope someone can give an answer. What is the relationship of Zherui and Zhang Teng? Why do they have a picture together? I might have missed the part where this was explained.
True that if we take away the visual of leads then it's really boaring and plain drama but has a rating 8.6 .💀
Haven't seen Sweet Home, but had a lot of disappointing reviews. They literally save me a lot of time. Lol. I'm not a superfan of Song Kang, but he's my main motivation of being interested in the drama. But not enough to force myself to watch Sweet Home if the reviews are disappointing.
Got to know him from Edward Avila's channel. Haha. So surprised to see him in Single's Inferno. I have no plans to watch the show, but I'll probably watch it after seeing him on trailer.
I don't agree with everything here but I also rate the first episode very love. The first 15 minutes is dragging. A lot of unnecessary interaction with his secretary that it's not even funny. It's indeed a parody style which I don't like at all since the trailer made me think that it will be at least a serious series that has a unique plot. Sigh. I don't know if I'll continue to watch this. A fact, I pressed forward a lot while watching episode 1. After enduring the first 15 minutes, I already know the other scenes are just like fillers that won't affect how you would understand what's happening in the story.
To be fair, she was just being honest with her opinion but at the same time being respectful. She even gave it an overall score of 8. The cinematography in Italy is just amazing but the lead actor did not convinced me he's working for the mafia. It's just cringe watching him. I actually stopped at episode one and went directly here to see what other people think because I also don't know if I can continue watching this drama. Sigh.
