the drama is whimsical and lighthearted, actually not what I had expected when I read it was going to be sinister plot, so I just watch it as it's intended to be fun, not serious drama

Mei Zhuyu is the most amazing character in this whole drama—his calmness, decisiveness, confidence, and self-awareness stand out. Given the ultimatum, it didn’t take him long to decide. I see why he did what he did; it makes sense to me that Mei Zhuyu would do this. He is also principled.

How can you know that the writers are inexperienced? They may be alias names. no one knows who they are. a Douban user said she couldn't find any info when the screen write names were revealed prior to filming

I haven't finished watching ep29 but when I saw negative comments, it left doubts as I was watching, it did affect me, but suddenly a moment of clarity struck, it's actually really good story, I'm still not done, but at that moment , I realized how good the story is, it's all the characters comes together to make the whole story compelling

Why does Mei Zhuyu not speak a single word yet in the underground demon world. He's the one risking everything to break in, he's the one with revenge.

OH, I get it. never mind. keep watching. it all makes sense now why he was so quiet let others talk, he listens and watch and understood and figured things out better than anyone else including Cat Lord, even though Mei Zhuyu has only found out now.
