I received a response from one of the approval Staff members, and as I suspected, it's because website update. Staff working right now on the "content type", and they probably change it in the future, so we don't need to worry about this ;D

Yes, it should be under "Special", but I think they added new categorie to MDL (they e.g. add option Content Format “Documentary” etc.) and since new options are usually introduced gradually, so I think it has to be approved first by MDL Staff ;D
