Let me repeat the answer I wrote below some time ago ;D “My Broccoli” was the first title of the series when in November 2021 Studio WabiSabi (the original company where it was to be filmed) announced that this series will be filmed. And the “Broccoli” itself in that title probably referred to the way -BounPrem fandom/fans - started calling themselves after "Until We Meet Again". Since this series about vampires was Boun's dream and his idea from the beginning- I wouldn't be surprised if he came up with this first title himself (I think this tittle it's very “in his style” ;P) to honor fans in this way- of course this is only my guess, but I think it seems very likely ;D Announcement post: https://x.com/wabisabiTH/status/1455835912357572614
*But if you're asking why the name "my-broccoli" is on the link to the site, it's probably because on MDL even if the title of the drama changes, the one that was entered when the title was first added- probably stays forever. (for example, the same thing happens with another BL about vampires "Kissable lips" where the link also shows the first name "i-wanna-bite-it" instead of the final name of the series ;P)
Not yet, but in the future they certainly will ;P This is simply a "slow burn romance" drama. And e.g. in the 2nd ep. Charan shot the attacker, or in ep. 4- violence against Ramil and Paytai. That's why here and on iQIYI content rating is 18+ ;D
