I just love how opposite Sa Eon and Hui Ju are: while she is soft, reserved, shy and vulnerable, he is the complete opposite: powerful, determined, with rough edges and full of masculine charisma. They fit all the stereotypes, but honestly, when was the last time we had a couple where these cliches fit so well?

The first real kiss in Lovely Runner was one of the best kisses I've ever seen on screen. Passionate, sensual, long, without crossing the boundaries of good taste. So not always immature kisses. But yes, I agree, it's always a gamble... but C-dramas are even more frustrating than K-dramas in this regard. So it can always be worse. I wouldn't hold my hopes high with WTPR, so the disappointment later on won't be too much 🥲
