From the start, I already had a feeling their marriage wasn’t as solid as it looked. Something about her husband just felt off to me, even in the scenes where they try to show them being romantic or caring. He never really came across as someone truly in love. It also feels like the drama has been dropping hints that she might end up with Xiaoyu’s friend, and that her husband could either cheat on her with his junior or mess things up somehow.
