This is very good movie to watch with a person who otherwise wouldn't watch dramas (or anything else made in Asia).
It's not like most of the latest Hollywood films (fast paced, things gets blown up or shot at, cheap slap jokes etc). The slow pace didn't bother at all, neither did it try to pull out tears. Everything fit perfectly and made sense - even the ending. It reminded me very much Kawabata's novels or other Asian originated novels.
