Same, i can't read straight novels or watch straight shows anymore. It doesn't feel as intense as yaoi. The yearning in BL is just different. Even if i do watch any non yaoi show, i make sure it doesn’t have any romance at all.

I love this show but it still pisses me off that beom seok did ALL that for such a small reason. Big dawg how can you forgive and hang out with the same people who bullied and humiliated you but do all that to a guy who helped you out and was genuinely your friend??? But i also pity him and lowkey understand him. Ugh this show is too real.

Also yushi in addicted liked bai luoyin and in this show yang meng mentioned yushi liked his classmate in school. So they're definitely hinting at addicted. I just feel like it wouldn't hurt to watch the show.

It is but just a little bit. If u read the side story of addicted then you'll know that yushi did actually become an actor and they do meet in the future. Since this isn't a collab with cha jidan, they didn't follow the same story but definitely inspired by it.

And i forgot to mention how handsome yushi is. Man is soooo fine. I understand you yang meng ;)

First of all, the scenery is beautiful and song choices are great as well. I can see that they have made the best of their small budget.
Second, the chemistry between the leads is still as good (im sure being friends since addicted helped alot) both are amazing actors. It feels natural, tho there are still 1 or 2 cheesy moments but they pulled it off really well.
I especially liked the comedy timing of yushi and that 'maya he maya ha' joke by the director genuinely made me laugh.
The second couple....idk i have doubts about them. Rn all my focus is on the main cp.
So far really enjoyed it. Hope it keeps getting better and better. Definitely deserves more love :3

So addicted is a chinese bl series which was released in 2016 but all episodes weren't released because it got banned by the government mid release. There are 16 episodes and u can watch them all on youtube. Its by the same author of revenged love.
The main characters of this series are the friends of the main characters of addicted. Same actors as well.

Its not necessary but i think You should because you can see their backstory/teen phase in addicted (promise its really good)

Bro idc what anyone says, I'm just happy to see these two actors together again because i was a HUGE fan of their chemistry in addicted (2016) on both the show and behind the scenes. I am sat. 🫡
