Nah, I rather she broadens her filmography genre rather than getting stuck with edgy and serious works only.
It’s not about the subject material or not doing funny shows. The director of Newtopia is a nugu director and doesn’t know what he’s doing, the script is random and stupid. Respected actresses like Jun Ji Hyun and Shin Hye Sun take funny roles with good scripts, plots, and progression that’s the difference between them and Jisoo. It feels like she just took the first role offered to her.

It’s not bad it’s over exaggerated which fits this type of parody, saturated drama. How come I don’t see u people talking about Park Jeong Min’s overacting or any other characters only Jisoo. It’s giving sexism.
