genuinely curious, where on earth are you seeing mixed reviews? i'm literally on every social media platform there…
Maybe I could have mixed it up with another? I'm usually on TikTok. I think I only watched the first ten minutes of it. Edit: I just watched all of the first episode, and I must say, it's adorable!
This episode (5) was slightly better than previous one (4), but still not that good. Their behaviour is just too…
I didn't really feel that way until this last episode. I was confused by the coconut ice cream prank, and the way Thi just stands there and stares instead of getting on the bike...what the heck? It's amusing Noey thinks Thi's in love with him, but I'm not sure what his motive is exactly. He just feels sorry for Thi because he can't reciprocate Thi's love?
This was an awesome series. Episode 12 didn't disappoint. I was teary eyed and smiling by the end. (Except for the abuse part. I feel they could have made it just as poignant and meaningful without it. Xun An could have voluntarily knelt for his father's acceptance, stayed up all night for days, etc, without the hitting. Unconscionable.
Any chance the last episode will be longer? How are they going to wrap this up?
You're probably right. I didn't finish Ai Long Nhai. It was a slow start with a lot of filler, but I stuck with it until the point when I realized the mom was going to come between them. I hate the trope---breaking up for your own good or because parent said so. Ghost House I haven't watched but was considering it. Was it good?
I love the second story so much I'm rewatching it. The love scene in bed when they finally come together again is so beautiful. And the music matches it wonderfully. I love all the hurt comfort in their story. I love Peat's pout an d Fort's emotive facial expressions. It's such a great show.
