Such an Impactful Series and Seriously One of the Best!!

This originally caught my attention because I saw that Park Jihoon was cast and as I enjoyed his performance in 'At a Distance, Spring is Green' I was excited to see him playing an entirely different role. I appreciated the production and was amazed by how much could happen in a single classroom in just the first episode. A few episodes in, I thought all actors played their roles amazingly, and I felt more connected to the characters emotionally. The actions and changing feelings of some characters made me realize what powerful messages this series held. Toward the end, I was very impacted by the relationships between the characters, and I absolutely sobbed for most of the last episode. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this series and praise all of the staff, editors, and actors for bringing this together. I highly recommend Weak Hero Class 1 to anyone.

What a Masterpiece!!

My eyes got teary at least once every episode. Amazing cast put together, phenomenal acting and story. Praise to the production team, scriptwriter, director, and staff for creating this series. I don't think ill be able to get over MLC for a long while because this was one of the best series I've watched not just in BL, but in general with the inclusion of real life conflicts, scenarios, and intricate details. Thank you for this masterpiece, GMMTV!

*btw HeartLiming were the most precious couple ever and you could never make me get over them.

One of My Favorites!

This was one of the first Thai bl I was introduced to, and I did not regret watching it! Before Bad Buddy, I had only seen a few bl on Viki like 'Love By Chance' and 'Mr. Heart', both of which were a bit disappointing. When I came across this series from a random recommendation, I was surprised by how different it was from the others I had watched. I never thought I would see actual chemistry between bl actors. Certain scenes felt real rather than awkward smiles and kisses that would break immersion as you realized how fake, non-attractive, and boring it was. Bad Buddy made me look at bl series in a new light. The actors did a great job portraying a bl relationship with worries, doubts, and romance. Although the story isn't insanely creative, it's still worth a watch!

Another Great BL From Strongberry

Before watching this series, I'd seen a few of Strongberry's short BL movies which always impressed me because of how much they could do in a short time. I was introduced to great chemistry between actors that even some full-length BL series couldn't pull off. When I found out Strongberry would do a series this time I was excited to see what they could do using more to work with. I can say I was not disappointed! With this strange but interesting and funny plot, I saw that chemistry between the actors again. What stuck out to me was the portrayal of the roles of a cat and dog. I couldn't stop praising the acting while watching the new episodes in the mornings. I also really appreciated the music and fun theme song in the intro and outro of each episode. All actors, editors, and staff did a great job in the production of Choco Milk Shake!

One of the Best Chemistry Couples from a Thai BL

For sure takes a place in my top 5 thai bls! I have so much to say about this show that I probably won't even get everything in.
First, the chemistry was off the charts!! All the TinnGun and WinSound moments would actually give me butterflies cause it didn't seem the slightest bit forced and they had insane chemistry. I couldn't complain about anything from those two pairs even if I wanted to.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but certain scenes actually reminded me of some of my other favorite bls. To name a few, the gym slow dance scene brought me flashbacks to the 'Gaya Sa Pelikula' dance, the pool scenes made me think of 'We Best Love', even the chemistry and progression like in 'Bad Buddy'. In short, I really enjoyed the acting and production of these scenes and fell more in love with the ships because of it.

It was nice to see that instead of a predetermined group with forced couples, Sound was slowly incorporated into their group and developed a special relationship with everyone. I absolutely loved the progression of Sound's relationship with Win and didn't see it coming right off the bat. I was suspicious when they argued the most but actually started to catch the relationship formation when Sound helped Win in the rap battle. They lowkey surprised me with how well they served the enemy to lover theme. I literally felt my heart fluttering with those two in some moments, namely the award blocked kiss and the couple establishment after Sound sung a love song. Unlike some other series though, the second couple didn't overshadow the main one.

TinnGun was an absolute treat. Needless to say, they had crazy chemistry and played their roles exceptionally. It was great to find out Tinn had the biggest crush on Gun the whole time (although I had a suspicion earlier on I wasn't sure) and wasn't just a rude person who fell in love later for no reason. The first few episodes I wondered how Gun was ever going to reciprocate feelings, but the slow progression proved to work out and the time came around. After they knew they had feelings for eachother it didn't just drag on until they dated, but their relationship progressed and there were romantic moments inbetween and there still remained the ultimate goal to achieve dating status.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT!! I'm very proud of the character development of Tinn's mom. Her feelings were not only realistic, but valid and I'm sure it took a lot to change her views on their relationship and eventually support them while there was so much pressure from being the school principal.

OSTs were amazing?? All of the actors who also sang did an amazing job. I was getting the feels when Tinn sung his love song to Gun for inspiration. There were so many great talents in this cast. I was caught so off guard when Gun's mom suddenly turned the show into a musical but I didn't hate it. WE LOVE SUPPORTIVE MOM!!

This brings me to my last point: even the challenges they had to overcome was well thought out. Of course the band was bound to have arguements with so much pressure. Gun's mom getting a brain tumor wasn't sudden and rushed, but had a buildup and what Gun was willing to lose to look after his mom was realistic. I was borderline sobbing when Gun ran out of her hospital room to look for Tinn after Gun's mom explained all that he had been doing to support him (the music in this scene is what actually had me sobbing). I was so hurt seeing the quick shot of Gun's mom watching her son's live performance on the phone before turning her head to undergo brain surgery.

And yeah, I'm going to go rewatch my favorite scenes a million times. Great series!!
