Don't worry Luo Yunxi is a good enough actor. He was great in ashes of love as Run Yu. His acting really portrays emotions well. So I think he'll do okay in this drama

Hi! The novel is very very angsty. Basically the fl travels back in time and becomes the ml's bethroed. While there she witnesses the horrible treatment of the ml by his family. They fall in love, but not before a hecking lot of angst. There are two endings in the novel one happy one sad. Let's see which one the drama chooses. But dw, it's not at all similar to scarlet heart.

HYX, the way the novel is forever my favorite novel to the point nothing comes near it. I was soooooo happy that the actors matched the description perfectly. I'm still hopeful though especially after the league of noblemen, and modu aired

That's true, the student-teacher trope setting has been done too many times in Xianxia dramas. As for the story itself only time will tell. However I'm just glad the ml actually doesn't seem the cold aloof type, from trailers the character feels openly expressive of his feelings!

People comparing TLP to Chongzi but I wholeheartedly believe TLP will be way better. Renmin can actually act really well. I saw her in Serenade of peaceful joy and I was impressed. And well Xiao Zhan needs no introduction. So this will be better. Let's not judge a drama before it airs just because some other drama was awful.
