Haha ikr. When I was a kid I went to Dunhuang to see the murals. They're indeed very beautiful. I'm glad it's becoming widespread and more people can appreciate our culture.

This posters are my favorite xianxia poster ever. They look like they flew straight out of the dunhuang murals. Isn't this so beautiful!

Don't worry you can ship the CP in peace. Yes they sacrifice a lot for each other but their love is very well written too. Considering there were two endings in the novel one happy one sad, I heard they chose the happy one for the drama :))

Exactly we have antis everywhere. No matter what a drama does they'll complain. They'll complain about white robes and also about brightly coloured robes. You just can't make them happy

Really but the costumes are so different though. TTEOM has dunhuang style costumes rather than the generic pale xianxia costumes. I wish people waited till the drama came out to judge

Yess, exactly LBFAD had comedic undertones while this one is much much serious with so much more angst. Not to mention the stories are too different to even compare. Idk where the comparison is coming from- just because they both have demon lords?
