Comparing it to SG is natural, but each show has its own strengths and appeal. I really wonder how enjoying a thriller makes you "sadistic". Let me tell you It's more about appreciating the storytelling, suspense, and the performances of the actors. Enjoying this show doesn't mean you take pleasure in seeing others suffer. People who enjoyed The 8 Show saw many factors that made it enjoyable, one of them is exploration of human nature.

I really hate the cutting up of stories into parts because it really undermine the storytelling. Late watchers like me was not affected because I could view them as a single thing. I tied The Glory as a single thing. Watching Alchemy of Souls pt. 1&2 as one made me understand the story better.

Do it, it's one of the most funniest show I saw last year that I keep rewatching. Like they synopsis says, Ye Bun's got secret power: when she touches someone's rear, she sees their past.
