So cute, I was going to pass on this but saw some snippets of first episode and liked it so I started watching it in full. A very light and pleasant watch.
I was never interested in J-dramas much because I thought the compact plot and running time was too short for good storytelling. I stil think it's a problem but lately I've watched a lot of Japanese BLs and appreciate how they don't try too muddy the plot with too many subplots. I think there is definitely room for these kinds of linear story where the plot naturally proceeds without too much effort and too much second guessing what is going to happen next. They are not groundbreaking or receiving scores above low 8's but it works for anyone wanting a straightforward and pleasant no stress drama to watch.
I'm sorry this is ridiculous, how in the world did the rating fell down this low? This site has shown they are not interested or are not bothered by the fact trolls are now mass downvoting shows irrespective of the storyline as long as it fits their agenda and their fandom wars. Somebody please tell me something is being done to rein in this atrocious behavior.
Victim? Just shut up already all actors knows he has a different way of directing and one of them is never giving his main leads 90 percent of the plot. You can watch all the other dramas that have that in heaps. Don't bother watching this and wasting everyone's time with your inane and shallow opinions.
Speaking of bollywood, it's like a whole new genre mixing VoS with these songs and it really matches! 😂🤌🏻🤌🏻https://x.com/beiiyao/status/2040380635798495648
LOL this is the song that I listen to everytime I ride planes to calm me down. Got hook on this a few years ago because of the fun MV with Shah Rukh Khan. Haven't completed the movie though.
I noticed that this is more straight up romance than MJTY, I don't know if it's shot this way originally or because of the cut scenes. I swear episode 11 has more sweet scenes than the entirety of MJTY.
I'm gonna binge watch this after I have acquired all episodes in 4K.My question to those who watch this, has Guo…
You don't know know what you are talking about if you malign GJM and his visual style. You must be a fan of the third rate crap Hollywood churns out nowadays.
GJM taste in men is on point. His haters dislike his fondness for good looking men and fresh meat. But I'm not one to complain, he has good taste. His shooting style naturally elevates beauty especially of his male actors.
Great job from TJR for acting two different people or possibly two personalities of the same person and make them distinct and differentiated. Some people have a hard time playing dual roles. He is a very talented actor for sure, I hated him at the start of MJTY and then becoming won over by his character at the end.
Tian Xiwei is rather mid if you are honest. She is no Bai Lu, Lu Yu Xiao or Dilraba Dilmurat. The ML is plenty…
LOL no one outside of Tian Xiwei's fanbase would put her above Bai Lu and Dilraba. Being cute does not mean your a beauty. Bai Lu and Dilraba definitely fit the epitome of classic beauties, especially Bai Lu. Tian Xiawei is on the level of Tan Songyun. They can sell that baby face until their 40 years old but they can never fool anyone to be a great beauty. You should have watch that mouth of yours before you complain on the ML's look who is way above TXW level.
Tian Xiwei is rather mid if you are honest. She is no Bai Lu, Lu Yu Xiao or Dilraba Dilmurat. The ML is plenty handsome enough for Tian Xiwei's face value.
I hate these kinds of whitewashing of evil and excusing criminal behavior just because someone experienced hardships and faced obstacles in life. The person was able to escape that hard life and become successful, that's a good thing. But then what is this sob story and pity party that they pulled in Episode 5. I have to be understanding and empathize when they murder and kill so they can maintain their new found wealth and high status?
