So ZZH applied his appeal (within the 10 day deadline), I guess we are all waiting… I think three thing could…
The appeal process seems so bs, people working at the front desk don't even know how to answer questions and there aren't even proper documentations. The person representing Zzh who went to do the appeal only got a number in return and even that number is not being connected to relevant people. I doubt there was even an appeal process to begin with and they just say that to have cover because they assume the people who make it on the list have done crimes that make them deserving to be banned (so people won't complain about them) and won't come to make an appeal but unfortunate for them Zzh has not done any crime deserving to be on the list. Now I think they're scrambling to come up with a solution seeing as they haven't even properly responded to LXZ.
I have a feeling this will have to go down with a proper lawsuit. Whether they reinstate him or not, it doesn't matter because his name has already been dragged through the dirt, so he has to take them to court and have his name cleared through the court. At this point CAPA doesn't have the power to clear his name anymore because they have been exposed to be just a business organization, not affiliated with any Government body. Therefore it doesn't matter if CAPA apologizes or not (it would be good if they did, but like yourself, I doubt), once his name is cleared by the law, the people will see CAPA is just a greedy organization. And looking at the facts right now, if Zzh were to take them to court, he has a high chance of winning, because they have to produce proof that he did enter the shrine. As we all know, there are tons of evidence out there already showing that Zzh visited the public viewing area of the shrine and did not go to pray respects or whatnot.
And LXZ won't stop there, for sure. Because half of this is about Zzh and his right to defend himself, and the other half is corruption. Until CAPA properly answers him, they won't be living peacefully. I also doubt they can just do a PR scheme and put the blame on someone. The whole corruption has been shown to be much larger than one person, connecting to other platforms and other people as well. This is a whole web of corruption. Even if they attempt to do PR, I doubt LXZ will allow them to escape.
Hey so I don't know how you guys get updated as international fans. I can't read Chinese so even with Google translate, I don't want to mis-interpret things on Weibo. But I did find a twitter user who's pretty up to date with information regarding Li and the process. Check out the twitter, if y'all haven't already. I'm pretty late to this whole thing as I just started WOH recently, so perhaps y'all already know this account for a while, but posting anyway for newcomers like myself who wanna get information. https://twitter.com/QuelleVous
Are there any links to watch the full episodes? please and thank you.
The locations where you can watch this are listed in the "Where to Watch Bad Buddy" Section. It's right underneath the countdown for next episode information.
So I learned that Li Daikun who plays Scorpion King was originally gonna play Wen Kexing with Mao Zijun as Zhou Zishu (who btw also played Jian Yuelou from Killer and Healer). If Daikun hadn't given up the role, he would have potentially been paired with Zhang Zhehan after Zijun couldn't participate. Can y'all imagine Daikun and Zhehan? LOL That would have been a whole nother ride altogether.
The MDL comment section is starting to look like a Kpop comment section....all the obsession about views, popularity,…
it's one issue to look at other's and their obsession and another issue to potentially entirely dismiss the series based on those people. that's just premature judgement. i think it's important to watch the series for itself, not for the fans and how they perceive it. at the end of the day, after you finish watching an episode, you form your own judgement on how the actors did, how the plot progressed, etc. they will disagree, they will fight, who knows, but it is still your own thoughts on the series. hope you are able to separate the fans from the series and just enjoy the series (that's what i'm doing, anyways, since I don't really care for the popularity, views, ratings etc. A good show to me is a good show, whether people say it is or say it is not.)
I know a lil bit about his situation, not the whole situation. Frankly am not gonna bother to dig into it (unless someone wants to comment an unbiased response to the situation) simply because everything sounds extreme. Yes, am not a Chinese citizen, don't know the history, don't know the political/government involvement, (and I'm new to Cdrama overall, so these situations aren't common as a drama watcher), all I know is this is very odd to do to someone who, by their words, "lacks knowledge". If someone lacks knowledge, isn't it more appropriate to teach them, rather than completely destroy them? For what purpose other than blatant hate for this man would people do this? As far as I know, celebs in China are basically sitting ducks. Anything they do, regardless if it's actually offensive or people make it that way, will be subjected to mass cancellation. All I can do is hope he comes back stronger.
I don't understand why this drama is not rated higher with all the 10star written reviews.
Considering that the written 10 star reviews are only 150-ish out of a total of 16K votes overall, those 10 stars are just a tiny portion and therefore not a true representation of the other votes. I estimate most votes are within the 7-9 votes, which is why even though you see a lot of written 10s, the average is still 8.3 stars.
I still think the fight between the gangs are too fake to take them seriously. Plus, they are annoying and uninteresting.…
Seeing as they're in a school setting, another option to replace all the physical fighting could be to fight with smarts. Pat and Pran just showcased in this episode how each had their own intelligence to solve a problem. It would have been interesting to see them fighting with their grades rather than fighting for territory and whatnot. Have some class.
