Like everyone else so far, the Tum and Tiffy bit was a lil ehhhh. Idk, I just thought Tiffy was being very complicated for no reason. If she truly believed that he was joking then she should have faced him seriously and told him that his joke cannot continue and really shut him down. (This can open the conversation up to a more serious tone and they can actually get some talking done, imo) but instead Tiffy keeps dismissing Tum, basically choosing to ignore his advances rather than challenge them. I thought she was a fierce woman who confronts her problems but I guess not. Regardless, their development was unnecessary. If all it took was some rapping to convince her then that's a pretty shallow reason.
Ep 11 preview. Aoey you son of gun. With your fake crying to tempt people. I can't deal. I thought we were over you and you could get some redemption arc or something but it's too late, I already dislike you. Anyway, looks like drama is coming. I doubt they will break up because of this or if they do, it's just for publicity and the feelings will still be there. Also, we already touched a little bit about fan wars and whatnot in an earlier episode, but we haven't really talked about toxic shipping - those fans that take things too seriously and start thinking actors are dating just because they have good chemistry on set. It would be interesting if the author brings that up and exposes toxic fans as well.
I'm reading the conversation and I don't understand why you asked for an explanation if you aren't open to taking those explanations and resolving your confusion. I understand Thai and I already gave you an explanation. Since you don't understand Thai, I don't know why you're trying to apply your experiences into the conversation you don't understand and creating a problem that doesn't exist. Genuinely confused on the purpose of this post now. Are you trying to insinuate Up insulted Kao? If so (and even if you aren't, you're still saying it's negative which) is based on incomplete information (fact that you don't understand Thai) and completely wrong conclusions. What did you hope to gain from this post after you've received explanations, is ultimately my question.
Given how well the series has shown communication between Gene and Sib, I think they will get through this together,…
Interesting thought about Hin. I never even thought of Hin as a potential problem. He seems like such a good friend who just wants to do well for his family. I hope he doesn't get any bad character development. Fingers crossed.
Why am I so nervous for ep 10? I feel like we have another roller coaster episode to look forward to!
Given how well the series has shown communication between Gene and Sib, I think they will get through this together, even with their parent's disapproval. I also think Gene and Sib will actually get their parents to be okay with their relationship. They're so in love and persistent I imagine their parents just give up half way lol
I meant the time stamp in the video that has that question. But I already found it. Anyway, based on the conversation, it is not negative at all. What Up is basically saying is Kao is a little unique in the beginning but once you get to know him, you really like him. The "hmm" is just the reaction of like, "oh, this is new" like a new experience, not "hmm" as in ew or unlikable. Hope this helps. edit: And they didn't sub it but the people behind the screen were saying the drink is good for your health and they were all agreeing so it's a compliment.
it shouldn't be painful though. maybe discomfort but not being able to walk should be a concern rather than a…
sorry, meant in other BL. i've seen not being able to walk, limping, butt bleeding etc. as for the pain, yes they said during. but kit was saying how most BL they wake up looking fine, so i was just saying it should be normal to be fine. abnormal to be in pain.
I definitely agree that he said yes. but saying yes because you want to and saying yes because you feel like you…
and that's the thing. Saying yes shouldn't be accompanied by confusion. That just means he said yes while he's confused. Having said that, I think for the most part this series does a good job with consent. It's more than I've seen in your typical thai drama/BL.
the preview for ep 10. if their parents dont want them to be together then
in asian culture it's not so easy to simply "sever ties" with family, which is why this is such a problem. in western culture, i would've just been like, okay bye family, you don't accept me, i'll just not be your son. call me when you change your mind ciao~
