I watch the anime while waiting for this drama and honestly I wasn't expecting it to have such serious and political(?) plotline... Cuz the trailer for this drama gave me the impression of a romcom. I have only completed s1 and watch a few eps from s2, it's quite good, I really like that the fl really focus on her dream and the ml is very understanding as well.

The ml's character in the drama (based on the trailer only) look really silly(in a cute way) while in the anime he's still silly but always try to be nonchalant and charming

Genuinely, at first I thought Deng Wei would be Seiran(fl's bodyguard) but his outfit is too fancy for that and turned out he's that red hair guy. I don't think he appeared much but seems like they might've change the storyline and made him important and appears more. (Really hope they change his age in the drama cuz that man in the anime is too old for the fl and keep SA her as well)

Seiran/Gao Ran is literally one of the main character in the anime but they made him support here and give him a partner as well. Not sure if it's in the original storyline or not but I wasn't expecting him to have a partner because he seems very loyal to fl only. And the fact that Wei Shi San in the anime was introduced in s2 but here she might be introduced early

And I thought Yan Jiang is a soft and delicate character because of the poster here but his character in the anime has a very short temper. I thought they change his personality but seeing the routers, seems like they didn't.

Anyway I'm really looking forward to this! The storyline change might be more interesting and fun since it's leaning towards comedy more
