HK and both JP versions were an excellent mix of comedy and romance, leaning more toward comedy than romance.…
Hopefully Thailand version will be toned down like Cherry Magic is. Makes it watchable.

Well, it depends how we interpret these things. I don't see Sam Dal's mom and Yong Pil's relationship being abt Sam Dal. Also I don't see Sam Dal being portrait as any villain. Also the love triangle is weak. This is a rom com, less on the rom side and more on drama. So obviously it's abt romance and gladly yes. I prefer romance to slice of life. Although this is a lot on slice of lofe side too.

Writers write females bad and then some questions why we hate females. Yeah, I wonder why. However Night is not perfect either. He's a bit wimp, at least has been for now. I wonder why he needs her around that bad that he's ready to risk losing Dream.
