If you are uncomfortable, why acting in bls??? Don't take roles then. Directors definitely should demand good kissing scenes, just like they should demand good crying scenes.

They should learn it then. Directors are lazy when not expecting more. Kissing is not that difficult. There are some actors who can. Directors should use more of them. Maybe that would motovate others to take kissing seriously.
