i think he mentioned they would arrive in 2 days? or well something is about to go down in those 2 days but i wonder if they are gonna be new introduced characters or people we have already seen before! i haven’t seen anything about the battles but it’s very likely prince xiangyang will be his final battle since he’s the person behind all of it not sure if zz is gonna kill him tho … i doubt it but well it depends on the circumstances i guess … and yes dong jun definitely has a high god complex ugh i actually can’t stand him he’s always manipulating everyone around him and still believes he’s a good person. and he was definitely already into some shady stuff 10 years ago at the academy he definitely killed that person i forgot their name but it was the person zz also wanted to kill that same night! and i actually think dong jun was also the person who framed zz about stealing something from his classmate which led to zz leaving the academy (probably what dong jun was aiming for)

i think he was involved! dong jun is always talking about how he saved the county but i actually think he worked with the old cult leader back then … after that he wiped them out and “saved” the county so that people would treat him as some kind of saint he is obviously controlling all those poor citizens he even said something along the lines of “i can decide their faith” he is very arrogant and self centered but acts like a good person (just like zz said) and i’m also very curious about who the fourth conspirator is! the prince of xiangyan keeps talking about these guests he invited so maybe it’s one of them? but it’s probably someone who’ve already met … and i think it might be linglong’s dad 🫢 he’s very suspicious as well especially after what he did to linglong and the way he talks in riddles is so ?

exactly zz would never do something so cruel. at fisrt i thought it would be possible for him to be the killer but after seeing the bodies and everything in ep 32 it really doesn’t seem like something he would do even if they were evil he would never do something so inhumane. as for the cult leader i think he just killed innocent people to test his poisons on … (this is also why he works with xiao chen/dong jun) and i assume he was indeed also in the fire because of his face!! i also wonder what linglong and her brother talked about in the forest … the scene was really short and not much was said but i hope she told zz about it (don’t think she did tho) zhao zhi er is definitely suspicious as well it looks like he’s looking into what happened to the kid’s family but i wonder why … the emperor seems to trust zz and so does the prince so i’m not sure if the order came from them. all i hope is that he isn’t evil i mean it doesn’t look like he is but idk there’s a lot left unanswered so i hope we can get all our questions answered in these last few eps 🫠

looks like it yes! zz was the first one to take the identity of the yaksha but then the cult leader also took this identity to do evil deeds instead of good ones like zz. just to mess things up and ruin things so i assume he’s doing the same thing right now to try and make the kid hate zz … it’s probably all part of gong jun’s plan idk about the family tho or if he is part of it but it’s possible. i really hope they clear this up as well and again it’s okay to just see them as friends i mean to each their own!! i personally think they have amazing chemistry

definitely possible! sjz also mentioned that them getting married has nothing to do with the linglong eye and that there’s another reason behind it … no idea what he meant by that tho but idk the linglong eye is definitely a mystery and it looks like linglong herself doesn’t even know what or who it is.

just finished ep 32 and u might be right! that cult leader is definitely suspicious so it’s for sure possible that he did it and zz got accidentally involved and made some kind of mistake otherwise he wouldn’t have acted the way he did either way i trust him completely and he always has his reasons. and hey it’s okay if u don’t see the chemistry between them! i actually started watching this drama because i was looking for something without romance but i ended up really enjoying the relationship between zz and byt. honestly i think it’s really fun that u can just make ur own headcanons with this drama since there aren’t any confirmed relationships :) but obviously it’s also completely fine to just see the 3 of them as friends which is just as meaningful.

they are definitely in denial because i haven’t seen many people talk about their relationship … like i actually thought i was crazy for shipping them 😭and ah yes the classic “sworn siblings” who do they think they’re fooling lol i guess u have to be blind if u don’t see the chemistry here! but i guess in the novel it makes sense glad the drama didn’t stick to it tho hehe

exactly! since the very first moment they met the chemistry was instantly there and only got better each episode. this is actually the first time since word of honor i’ve seen this kind censorship bromance lol i do love linglong thooo i just don’t see how her and zz have chemistry 🙂‍↔️

glad to know i’m not alone! and u are so right i actually think they have the best chemistry … their fun and silly moments make me giggle a lot but their deep talks always make me quiet emotional :,) for example when byt was sitting by the water grieving getting drunk zz instantly comforted him and was there to help him back up after byt got out of the water … and the cave scene when byt was hallucinating was also really beautiful! but even the small moments between them are so precious and meaningful like zz remembering byt always wanted an eagle kite and his favorite wine 🥹 not the mention they won’t even think twice about putting their own lives on the line for each other. i just really admire their relationship even if it’s just them glancing at each other 😭

most of her screen time is definitely in the earlier episodes she’s still there obviously in the later episodes but the screen time gets more shifted towards yang yang and alen fang! there’s even episodes where she isn’t even there or only for a few moments! overall this drama is really good and only gets better after the first few eps since they’re pretty slow! so i’d say try to give it another chance in the future :)

episode 26 really had me going trough it my heart hurts so much for byt and that one scene really scared me i even ended up crying … i’m too weak for this 😭 these villains are truly evil
