It wasnāt that good for me, I had high hopes for it but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. Although the first 2-3 eps didnāt fully capture my attention, it got interesting after, so I would say the first half was pretty enjoyable, but the second half (except for 1-2 eps) was underwhelming, the last couple of episodes fell flat, and the ending felt very anticlimactic and lackluster, I couldnāt connect with the characters either. The only noteworthy character and acting was from Yang Kyung Won, he stole the show for me. Iām not a nitpicking person, I can overlook the plot holes, illogical things, loose ends etc. as long as the story manages to keep my interest, but this one failed to do so. Despite all that I mentioned, I gave it a 8 with regard to the first part, so Iām not saying itās that bad, but it is definitely overhyped and imo a little overrated too, because 8.6 is way too high for a mediocre thriller drama with better and more well executed thrillers out there.
On the way to becoming one of the best thrillers of this year! Hope the last two eps will be just as good as the rest or even better. Such a gripping underrated gem!

Itās underrated af, but Iām not surprised, cause people like to overhype dramas like Big Mouth (which was one of the biggest letdowns of this year btw), and dislike/downgrade shows like this that requires them to use their brain and pay full attention in order to keep up with the story and not be lost.
It may be complicated and violent for some people, but I was hooked from the start. One of the best thrillers of this year for sure. Although it was exciting throughout, poker and the prison were the most interesting and exciting parts for me, so if you donāt like it now I donāt know how you will come to like it in the later eps, still I recommend to try 1-2 more, if you still canāt get into it, then this drama is not for you.

Well no one knows for sure how itās working. I think itās more complex than just considering the statistics alone. Rating the episodes individually or verifying your account, these are one of the things you can do to help increase or decrease the overall rating, at least thatās what a lot of people think, including me.
Why I said to verify the accounts is because I noticed in part 1 that when the Verified/Stars Rating was 8.57, the general rating decreased and it increased when it got up to 8.58. It looks like the general rating is the average of the Currently Watching (8.9), Verified/Stars Rating (8.56), and Completed (9.14), if you add together these numbers you get an average of 8.86 hence the rating is 9.
You can see these when you click on the general rating (9.0) at the top. I checked with a few dramas and it looks like thatās the way it works. Itās true that thereās some sort of problem with LLTG Part 1, the rating there should be an easy 9, just like here.
In any case, people should verify their accounts if they want their ratings to hold more weight. The more we increase those numbers the higher the possibility of increasing the overall rating!
