Honestly the drama is very nice to pass the time and it does have fluffy scenes that gain the re-watch value however there's also cheesy scenes that we probably skip. 1 interesting is each ep have each POV, very interesting

What I really love is the Eng songs that plays as their background whenever there is sweet moments and so. I even downloaded and listen it The chemistry is good however the plot is illogical lah haha - like why the guy suddenly just fell hard to the FL just cos she too tiring and fell asleep when he cutting the hair.....ermmm hmmm haha so just watch lightly - its quite enjoyable lah, the songs is great , hairstyle & fashion and the production setup is nice to watch and the casts (I likeee) .

At first I don’t plan to watch cos I’ve watched enough school/uni type of drama. But then my friend highly recommend me so why not, watch a quick light love story I thought. The drama start off with female lead introduce second male lead if I’m not wrong - I thought....huh? This is second male lead....? =.= I honestly don’t like second male lead....And always listen how they portray he is handsome guy, and seeing all the girls woo-ing him kind....I skipped. Ew.

However I did watched finished all with lots of skipping on second couple. And in the mid of the drama, I realised the female lead actually had done lots of same genre school/uni love......so I watched other while this drama have yet to finish. Gosh the more I watch her on other roles....I can honestly tell you guys that u felt vomit seeing her too much....so all drama of hers - watched up to 2 episodes I done and I completed this only. Enufff. And now her work in “Your Highness” Same...school love story.

You may watch to pass the time ???? it is not that bad - it just acting stiff. I think the most ‘okay’ is female lead and second male lead. However female lead really not suit this character as she keeps emphasis that she is only 20 years old - but she look like 35 years old ????????‍♀️ Her acting okay, but imagine she playing 20 years old role - certain casts does have baby face but her look very mature. So casting here wasn’t satisfied as well as other roles in this drama. The rest like newbie / when expressing certain expression at certain situation - I skipped. So most of the time I just watch lead couple moments - plot okay, just in the end when male lead explained the reason he like the female lead and courting her....illogical I guess ???? it just a drama anyway, can watch to pass time :)

One of the first J-Drama make you fall hard!

I watched long time ago actually but from time to time I'd re-watch. Not sure how I get into this drama but what I felt - when I first J-Drama, it's so raw and every scene fit nicely. What need to be explain, explained well and no even slightly of feeling draggy! I cried hard for this drama - actually lots of J-Drama really too raw, realistic and make u cry alot T__T I'm very happy to came across this drama :D

I love the chemistry of the casts, the songs and the plot. Even I change my phone several times, I never failed to download the OST song - I couldn't recall whether this is my very 1st J-Drama or not but its' definitely the one make me continue to look more JDrama after this one. <3

Scenes that happens often in our real lives most probably during your teens period. It is nice to watch and to learn and view as third person view - watching how it begin, how to fight for it or solving it.. however I can’t be sure whether they rush it at the very end or perhaps there are lots of answers in sequel. Though I find it worth of watching. It is short and quite direct/simple plot that easier to understand. By the way, the main lead look so much like Samuel ????are they related? And CW from Astro - really goood looking ???? I guess just this point can pretty much attract people to watch. And the second female lead, wifey of CW. Most of the drama plot, have certain parts/issues making lead couple unable together right?

Casting all gooood!
However there might be someone suitable for female lead? This drama actually based from novel and it can considered my first very Chinese- translated novel I have read and re-read again. This drama also brought me into C-drama. I am in love with lots of C-drama since then. Back to female lead, when I first read the novel - my imagination for female lead is cheeky & outgoing characteristic. The way this female lead portrayed - abit flat feel?

Oh especially kissing scenes.....that’s probably the reason not Full Five Stars.

Overall okay, funny and sweet moments can re-watch and when kissing scene pop, forward to next sweet moments. I bet we continue watch for other dramas sweet+kissing scenes - for this I cannot bear to watch Yang Yang kissing...alone

Story : It have 41 episodes in total. Most of the time, I found that C-drama like looong episodes with lots of draggy/extra thingy - so I tend to skip...those extras. Not surprised, this one too however this is the most little I skipped - I skip only small characters’s love story...but no worries. It is not worth to watch anyway, you will see. Overall the story doesn’t consider draggy, every little detail have explained well and interesting. However I wasn’t expected the whole drama is really solving one big case but it’s not boring, no worries.

Acting/Cast/Music : They only have 1 song for this drama I believe. Music plays really well, hit the right moment - To be honest, I’m crybaby. But gosh the story, the way their introduced the cast’s characters and develop their background stories in the drama....it’s amazing and I think I cried most of the episodes....honest!

Rewatch : I re-watch-ing...now haha

Oh ya, I actually didn’t sleep up to 22 hours....minus 10 hours of working, bath, eat...I watched straight 12 hours...really good!

Story : Actually I watched awhile at first then I dropped cos I’m not into friends’s stories drama kind. Like got more than 3 main roles kind stories. I find it hard to keep it up I guess or I just the first couple or third lead role but I have to watch another 2 more leads stories so I don’t like it but in the end I still watched this cos there’s nothing much C-drama on-going.

Story/Script Written + Acting/Cast : So surprisedly, I liked it. Mainly I’ll just talk about XC. I like XC’s innocent and pure kind because the way she going thru first time staying with stranger - all the cons that she have to endure - I find it she portray the expression & body language well. But her hairstyle....have to find faster way to get used it haha. I was looking forward for her improvement character or better of herself as she is the first role that introduced.

Unfortunate there’s not any scene show that she have become more out-going, socially to other aside her housemates. I found that her characteristic from time to time tend to be annoying because she still endure & keep to herself. Till she was too pressured to cope, only then she expressed it. She also tend to think negative about herself from beginning till the end. As the drama never show that she have positive thoughts. And her mother.....hmm no conclusion there. Left it blank... Towards her boyfriend - I was interested this couple but there’s not any improvement affection to Senior YY - same goes with Heng. Both of these male support roles - show more love towards female. And Helin too I guess.

Honestly I’m not familiar with these girls as main lead genre - perhaps it supposed to highlight girls’s characters as independent women but it does show that all the male support lead give more than take. Quite pity...aside CCC.

The rest 4 changes alot. You can see their improvement of mind thinking - solutions, know & admit the mistake, change ways of thinking & ways to better path, better way for their own.

Music : two songs. I’ll be okay :)

Overall : I’ll rewatch certain scenes especially funny one.

Typical & Clingy but worth to watch

I read some reviews that it's cliché type of drama and with very typical plot but I still went ahead to watch coz I'm looking light type drama and it's kinda worth it lah imo. So the plot itself are predictable but the certain scenes/lines really does kinda make you grinning watching it. Some kinda laugh out loud lol.

However the main reason I found it worth to spend my time on this drama is because the couple chemistry. The way they act as fake couple, having fun to showing off each other as "wifey" / "hubby"

There isn't much melodrama, very light. As typical as it stated, the ML & 2nd ML take turns to be heroic to save the FL. It's nice that the "drama" + "face slapping" only from 2nd FL (FL's love rival). ML's MIL being close with FL so it's nice and the FL's family didnt really caused much drama that I expect so it's considered quite light and short - 24 Episodes (soooo wonderful) Of cos, I think 16 episodes might sufficient but yeah got 2nd Couple story so skip....

Basically I skipped as much as I can when Shang Ke pop and Xi Wei. I don't know why their eyes look awkward & stiff to me, it's unbearable to watch and the stylish (idk got or not) didn't tidy up much on Xi Wei, her hair always look messy...

PS : I really like all the FL's sleepwear dress, classy, vintage, lacey, & cute. >o<

Hot scenes!

I found this drama fan-made music video not long ago, I thought wow the beginning of the MV stated that the girl willingly to married a stranger so it's quite refreshing to me - I did read few novels stated girl poor so marry rich guy or parents but...I didn't came across as this plot setup so I started to get interested and the FL very kawaii lah in the MV, the guy not bad! So sweet when they laughed together during their wedding photoshoot, with this - I guarantee A must watch!

J-drama keep things simple hence I think I just sit for half day to watch completed and not bad not bad. I'm surprised with the skinship/hot scenes - and quite humorous. I found myself grinning from time to time - the FL really fit this character 200% - her expression / body language very flirty & craftyyyy.

One thing that displeased, this probably 5th popular J-drama under Romance genre that I came across, slightly similar manner of all FL - that portray FL has the feeling the needs to please the ML - make him happy and pleasant and have clingy kind. It wasn't that heavy compare others but yeah - it's bearable so it's still fun to watch.

Worth of your time!

Story - it started with kids and watching them growing up so basically from childhood to high school to university (bits) till adult. It's relatable to any of us - friendship, love, career, and most importantly family values.
Acting - Each of them fit to their roles. Ah especially those aunties like to gossip. Those expression (me rolled eyes)
Music - the songs are soothing to hear and some quite meaningful to listen it
Rewatch Value : Hmm will watch funny parts like the female lead with her friends and sweet & funny moments of siblings. Total skip with be the momsss.

Overall : Good plot, acting and so. Only thing is what's wrong with those female in this drama? Aside female lead & her friends. I just dont like how it portrays all moms in this drama are "bad" - some explained later however more than half of the drama - we misunderstand and it feel like just what's wrong with the moms here. And the most heavy scenes related to certain mom - like doesn't make much of sense that so hateful from beginning till almost end then she was like "we are best friend now" .....haih. Oh and the female doctor. Is it normal culture or something? The way female doctor act? Asking here and there around about the male lead habit and whatsoever and saying things like whether suit to bring him to see her parents but actually she never even interact much with the male lead at all. wth @@

Hard to get out from this addict drama!

This consider my fourth lakorn that I watched from 1st till end and nonstop re-watching it back. It's rare to find a good lakorn drama without slap kiss and third party out of blue liking the male lead just cos handsome/rich and die die wanna harm the female lead to be with the male lead. If these isn't what u want, Love Destiny welcome u! <3

Story : Bits of fantasy genre but mostly are boran period & history & romance. You can't help but fascinating with their culture, costume, history and just everything!

Acting : Each of them putting real efforts to portrays it! 200% ! Something about little smile/grin or even the scenes that actory act with the eyes full of anger, hatred but there's respect too. Gosh, so damn good.

Music : Sooo good. Loving it <3

Rewatch Value : It's unfortune (perhaps) that I watched it on Netflix - which is cut version. Not sure why tho. But hey I got excuse to watch again on uncut version HAHAHAHAH. But Netflix does have much higher quality of the drama. But not sure why it need to have cut/ uncut version?

Now, I'm waiting for Deceitful Love to complete with Eng sub and upcoming Love Destiny 2!!

When the beginning of the drama till Ep5 - really one question pop. How do casting team find two totally different male lead - one as young him, another the adult him. And I saw news regarding C-netizen complained....7 years separated, male lead went to plastic surgery. LOL

I actually don’t mind both, I quite like both - maybe the team feel that adult ones doesn’t suit to act younger version so found another casts however the difference just happen to be extremely obvious.....

I find younger version really sweet - especially the young female lead! I like her playing student role! Especially now I currently watching “I only like you”

Male lead I okay....lucky this is one of my first C-drama I watch - so I have yet to feel bored of him. Latter on, I realised most of his roles in other drama is same. Rich & Businessman....his acting just plain after you watch 2-3 drama of him.

I think I watched the drama first then only book. Seeing Shan shan eating really making me wanna eat - especially the soup noodles.
