There wasn't a single character in this drama that was one-dimensional, each and every character you were introduced had a unique aspect to them. It's rare to find dramas in which characters have strong individualism and consistency with their traits and personality. The writers gave a nice flow to the plot.

You could understand Koichi's frustrations and struggles as he tries to live up to his dream of becoming an equal with "geniuses" like Akari and Eren.

Honestly though I love it when there is an atypical female lead. It's what keeps me watching dramas. But sadly they are rare to find among typical "damsels in distress". But Eren was charismatic, talented, and strong. It's become so mainstream for the female lead to rely on the male lead, that actually seeing an independent character like Eren was a decent surprise. Ikeda Elaiza is now definitely gonna be an actress I am following.

The music and cinematography are not able to be explained and comprehended with words, you have to go see it for yourself. The music was what kept me watching till the very last second, it adds an atmosphere to every scene and character. Like just go watch the damn drama and you'll know what I mean.

I don't know what I am gonna watch now after this drama. It's another drama withdrawal time after Todome no Kiss.
