Adopted by middle classed parents, Xiao Mai has always had a dream to be an heiress. Who knew that one day this dream would come true. Xiao Mai's biological grandfather is the head of a prestigous aristocratic family and after many years of searching, he finally finds his long lost granddaughter. As she starts her life as an heiress, everyday is filled with excitement, however, everything seems a bit different from what she had imagined them to be.
When Mugi Aihara read, in her favorite magazine, that the heirs to four of the biggest corporations in Japan were on a public quest to find their one true love, she could hardly believe what she was reading. When she realized these four gorgeous princes were searching for their destined princess via a new reality show, she dropped everything she was doing and immediately started filling out a contestant application.
A few days later, Mugi got the shock of her life when she received a text informing her that among the 700,000 applications vying for the chance to participate in "Marry the Prince", she had been selected as one of the three lucky contestants. Besides herself with joy, she happily accepted the invitation, along with two other high school students, Fumino Ono and Yu Shibayma. Together, the three girls excitedly begin filming, only to find that life as a reality show contestant isn't exactly what they'd imagined it would be.
Wealthy and entitled, Riku Nikaido, Taiga Saionji, Terunoshin Minai, and Tatsunari Date were far from the dashing princes of fairy tales. Caught up in the drama of their own lives, the four princes have more fun teasing the girls than they do wooing them as none of them really believe they'll actually find true love. But each of the participants soon learns that fate can be a funny thing and that love has a way of finding you when you least expect it.

It's the Older Version of Suphap Burud Satan..
With lot's of Silly fights between ML & FL...
Second leads were also good at acting in both dramas....

'Kabe Koji' differs slightly as the lead is not in the same profession as his crush (idol & doujin artist), unlike 'BL Drama' where both leads are actors. However, there are many similarities between the lead's admiration/obsession with their respective crushes, including being secret fans of their famous crush, having a collection of their merch/shrine and a connection to said crush in their past.
They have a similar bubbly extrovert vs cold introvert dynamic, sprinkled with an inability to communicate well.
They also both have a similar style of Japanese comedy, which is silly but not too over-the-top. If you like one, I'm sure you will enjoy the other.

Both shows explore a crime in a country side/ village lole setting and also share a common theme of familial relations.
In both, ML is seemingly an immortal. Romance between immortal and mortal. FL is also seemingly a reincarnation in both.
In both:
- In the first half, the main male character is much more powerful than the main female character, many are opposed to their relationship due to the status difference
- There is an 'epic' feel of the romance as they are reincarnated multiple times, with our main hero learning to be more humble and not take the female lead for granted. There's lots of protectiveness and rescuing.
- Both have same levels of CGI and production values
Ashes of Love, however, one of my favourites. It is written much more efficiently - with the characters going through multiple adventures and lifetimes in the time it takes The Last Immortal to get through one plot point. Ashes of Love also has strong themes and compelling secondary plots around what true love means, sibling rivalry, and what is good and evil.
Most importantly - Ashes of Love also has greater emotional impact. As the main characters have so much screen time together, and go through so many up and downs, you genuinely cheer them on and are sad to leave their universe behind.

colorful schools, pretty and famous fls!!!And both are popular on social media. They also give the same vibe
Similar dark, weird but sexy vibe and exciting story line! (Similar set up with questionable FL and someone dying multiple times)
- The dramas both feature a fantasy romance between a human woman and supernatural-being man.
- Both involve some aspect of past lives coming in to play in their relationship
- The romance isn't the only focus, with an interesting plot to go along with the gradual romance development
- Great chemistry between leads
- Personally, I thought that tale of the nine tailed has a better story development and more exciting/unexpected twists in it, but my demon had a better romance

The lead role of a man left unharmed after an accident, given a second chance but................................................................................................................................................................
I think The style in both films is similar but ''hush!'' has more significant themes.
in both films Two guys are involved with a woman who is looking for love and meaning to her life, with many difficulties and problems that accumulate in their way, they find solace in the friendship that is formed.
Personally I didn't really like Kira Kira Hikaru, but if you are looking for a better and similar movie then I recommend Hush!

Japanese remake of the same story.
Differences:
ML has savant syndrome.
He works as a pediatric surgeon.

Awaken is also a thriller/mystery with a detective trying to find out the mystery of what happened in a small village and how events from the past tie into the present.
Different Princess reminded me of another fantasy drama My Amazing Boyfriend, although the theme and setting are not identical, the characters are cute. Both dramas are very enjoyable, not too serious, full of magic, adventure & romance.
