Both FLs are downtrodden in their family and marry the rich, disabled ML. Despite many challenges, the two fall in love.
Same title, very similar plot - both are mini dramas in which the unloved adopted or step daughter of a family is forced to marry the ML who is in a wheelchair and has a cold personality. The two eventually fall in love and have to deal with awful relatives and many difficulties. One ends happily, the other tragically.
Basically the same story line, but flipped. The fl in MJP is a maid and disguises herself as a rich women, because her boss's daughter doesn't want to marry the ml. Its the opposite of MKKM because the fl in MKKM is rich and disguses herself as a maid, to find faults, so she doesnt marry the ml. They both also have the same vibe
Same vibes, and both are comedy. Rhe storylines arent very similar. Both are very cute and the main leads are kind of similar, personality wise. There grandma and the housekeeper for Faidam's friend in MKKM are also in my secret bride
The 2 dramas are similar regarding time jumps except in My Perfect Stranger the ML initiated the 1st jumps & coincidentally drags the FL with him eventually.
Both wanted to change their present lives but Heart of Genius the lead found out it’s in parallel world while My Perfect Stranger is same timeline & focuses on solving a certain crime in the past to save lives.
Both have romance but not overly focused on it.
Both are great dramas but My Perfect Stranger I feel is more complex.

Both are about rich girls making themselves ugly, and being forced to get married. In MKKM the fl is dressed as a maid to find faults in her fiancee, while in Accidentally in love, the fl disguises herself to hide from her grandfather
