Both of these dramas are about the foundation of a Kingdom. Six Flying Dragons is about the transition from Goryeo to the foundation of Joseon. Jumong is about a prince from Buyeo who forms his own Kingdom, Goguryeo.
I actually thought this was a remake of MSG. They have some scenes that are almost exactly the same.
"Itsu no Manika, Koko ni Iru: Documentary of Nogizaka46" from 2019 is a documentary that is much better produced, and it is easier to follow along with. Of course, if you are a fan of Nogizaka46 and already watched Kanashimi no Wasurekata, I think you should also watch Itsu no Manika, Koko ni Iru.
