It's a really funny, wholesome, cute and a refreshing drama for Japanese bl lovers.
The two shows don't really have anything in common except they're both Japanese bls with at least one of the main leads being a high schooler. I'm sure you'll enjoy it though!

ML in My Villain Husband resembles ML in General's lady. Also, the personality of both ML's is quite similar and both are generals. Both FL's have strong personality and they know how to stand their ground. The story progression is similar though General's lady has longer episodes so the story is not as rushed as in My Villain Husband.

Both films tell a story about:

Both films are unforgettable, and the actors nailed their roles.

Similar concept with a dark and deep plot. Harsh criticism of today’s world. The soundtracks are similar too.

If you like Tae Darvid, Triage is his and long time BL partner, Tee Thanapon, long awaited BL series. Tae is an e.r. Doctor and Tee is a graduating business student. Triage is a thriller, where Dr. Tin has to go through time loops to save his patient, Tol. Every loops get crazier and more dangerous, but the two found the time to fall in love. Great series by author Sammon of Manner of Death.

Both dramas are about a terminally ill FL who falls in love with the supernatural ML Both MLs undergo occasional transformations into monstrous beings with bloodlust. Both MLs have an overly protective male friend who resents/distrusts the FL and tries to keep them apart.

Both dramas have an alien ML with powers and an actress FL. Both romances are star-crossed, with one or both of them risking their lives to remain together/on earth. LAFT even references MLFTS in episode 4.
