Both are about women and families surviving the war. ITCOW is shorter and not as emotionally draining as Changsha though.

Both female leads are strong characters. They have electricity super powers. When I first time watching 'Fall in Love', it reminds me of 'May Who?'

Both main leads have insomnia. In Girl Next Room: Midnight Fantasy, it's the female lead who has insomnia. But in My Neighbour Can't Sleep, it's the male lead.

Both have detective work, strong female lead, smart male lead, and secondary couple. Both FL and ML solve the case together with their friends.

The similarities lie in some scenarios like
Marriage out of love but then start fighting badly so much that they throw things here and there and want to divorce
Falling in love again
Similar looking female leads
Same work place

Both are workplace slice of life but their strength isn't in their setting. it's the storytelling that's done so well.
We get to see not only the main cast, but also the stories of surrounding characters. it may be sad or conflicting, but usually ends in a comforting tone. tears, laughter, awws, and warmth.
in this sense, the rollercoaster of emotions every single episode exactly the same. work setting is just the stage; the essence is in the feelings conveyed that result in feel good vibe by the end of each ep.

Both are about closeted otakus and their struggles to hide it in daily life. Tokusatsu Gagaga's main story focused on young office lady who is an avid Tokusatsu fan, meanwhile Ojisan wa Kawaii Mono ga Osuki had 3 middle-aged men and a young boy who love cute things.

I haven’t watch it yet but I have a feeling it’s similar to this.
Perfume is about a fat lady who was once a young beautiful lady about to go into modeling but unfortunately something happen so modeling wasn’t an option anymore. As she grew older she gain lots of weight. The husband kept fat shaming her until the point she wanted to die. Right before she was about to die she received this mystery package that had a perfume in it. She did a drop on her wrist to smell it and BAMN she was her young self again. So she decided to leave and rewrite pass again but not everything is permanent.

Both dramas resolve around classical music and a music academy. They both also tackle a plotline depicting characters who are passionate to achieving their dreams.

Both feature a female lead who is very dramatic and over the top and a little bit silly.
Both feature a male lead who is just your average good-hearted dude who happens to have a special magical power that can help the female lead do her job.
Both feature the idea of the mystical world just beyond what most people can see and are about helping people.
Both have serious moments among lighthearted levity.

Both shows have a distraught parent, a cheating spouse, their kidnapped daughter, a miracle with time, and an unexpected new friend (ally?) whose life was always meant to intertwine with theirs.

- Both ML and FL became friends in School but part in bad note and again meet after years
- FL is an achiever in school but ends struggling in life
- ML has personal issues to resolve whereas FL has issues in dating
- FL is initially a loner in school

- ML is a lot better in MSH; in MTF ML keeps friendzoning
- In MTF they didn't date in school
