The First Frost is set in the same universe as Hidden Love.
In HL, we got Sang Zhi’s story with Duan Jiaxu - a soft, youthful romance full of sweetness and innocence.
TFF focuses on her older brother, Sang Yan with Wen Yifan. His story has a darker and more mature tone, exploring themes like loss, healing, and learning to love again.

Personally, I loved getting to see Sang Yan’s side of things after knowing him as the teasing brother in Hidden Love. The chemistry between him and Wen Yifan feels natural and real, and the show balances that familiar comfort from HL with deeper emotional moments. It’s a perfect follow-up if you want something that still connects to Hidden Love but explores love from a more grown-up perspective.

Both are Thai horror BL about ghosts, revengeful ghosts with tragic pasts, sort of time travel through flashbacks into different time periods, Thai religion and reincarnation are a topic as well.

extraordinary woo is this drama but a little better. significantly better.
romanticanoymous fl isnt autistic but she does all the autistic stuff attorney woo fl does. she pats herself before entering a building and wiggles her fingers and looks around awkwardly and cannot make eye contact. and the romance in both is super awkward. and both fls are autistic/basically autistic but geniuses at their job. story format is similar with being episodic solving issues for their job using their autistic genius powers

Both the main actors are the same in this one, and the show has received a remarkably strong rating overall, which makes it worth watching.

Both dramas are gender flipped mirrors of each other - the FL/ML ends up involved with the very popular 4 MLs of his/her high school, leading to an unexpected romance. The ML of STJAGINCT isn't a bully, though.

Both are Republican era mystery dramas with fantasy elements and a very similar vibe. Both MLs are talented investigators who have suffered personal tragedy. Both FLs pursue ML to the city after a meeting in the past. Both dramas have at least one case involving a stage magician's act that results in a murder on stage.
