Both romcoms have the same funny dynamics between a cold and arrogant boss and his warm assistant.
Only difference is the slight supernatural twist in Masters Sun.

Both movies have a similar vibe and plot - the FLs are smart, strong, and have a career relating to monsters (treating them vs. hunting them). But MLs are hapless, weaker scholars who accidentally end up getting "pregnant" with a baby monster.

In both of these mellow indie short films, the story excellently conveys a range of emotions generated by a plot that never features dialogue.

In both of these productions, two people inspired by different aspects of fashion/the fashion industry come together thanks to a button. The resulting dynamic between the leads makes them question things and see things in a new light.

It's a story about a couple who fall in love (but their love is full of conflict). He is a prince obsessed with achieving justice for his own family (And he wants to sit on the king's throne.). And in this attempt he has no qualms about using people for this greater interest. He meets this girl, this warrior, who he secretly paid for her training (she has martial powers). She doesn't know that he secretly trained her (that he is her ruler). She has a lot of strength of spirit, courage and mercy. He's going to need her help.
He has an illness caused in him by his enemies. However, she is poisoned (she is also sick), but he was the one who caused it and she doesn't know. But even when she finds out, she continues to want the best for him and will act to help him get a cure for his illness. (but there will be misunderstandings in this story. He will think that she betrayed him, but she is trying to save his life. He, at a certain point, will think that she died. (And then there is the most famous scene in the book, which is in beginning of the novel, something that happens later on: he goes to her (supposed tomb) and takes her corpse (which he thinks is hers), (And he even carries her corpse.), in despair because he thinks she died.
There is a lot of intrigue in this story and martial fights, and war (and their love in the middle of it all). In the end they stay together. But Chinese audiences tend to hate characters like that (wishing there is no happy ending). But... I really want them to keep it as in the book, for there to be a happy ending. I love this conflicting couple, but who, at the end of the day, will be loyal to the love that unites them.

The story of "Definitely not today" is way darker than Meet yourself I know, but the main point remains "Healing ". Both of them show new kinds of possibilities when you're feeling at the bottom or in the mud.
This recommendation of mine is shorter so if you watch the trailer you can see pretty much of the main idea of the show.

Hope have helped.

Both dramas have a female lead that is poor and in an abusive relationship. Both women are faced with a situation where they get tempted to change their lives. Both end up being pulled into said crime and have to figure out. Both dramas are very similar when it comes to the female leads.

Two women who live in two opposite worlds: one in a rich happy family, and the other is poor and has a hard life. Both of their lives get inter-wined through a crime that is connected to a men both of them know. Both work with each other and against each other to accomplish their goal and discover what truly happened and the people that are involved with it. The more both dramas continue the more complex and messed up they become and in the end not a single person is who you first thought them to be.
Both dramas give off very similar vibes and are absolut gripping.

Same kind of Theme, but in Wood job you have a perspective from a youth, so things are less dense and many times kind of funny.
But the connection that he finds in the countryside is very well explored with a light touch of romance.
