They have a similar quirky plot with cooking, BL, and nonhumans 1000 years old has a vampire who eats pork blood, while Last meal universe has an alien who really likes Thai food. Both are fun watches, not masterpieces, but suitable for a light watch!

The aesthetic and vibe of these two shows are quite similar, because they have the same directors. Both shows have really good representation of teenage relationships and have a great way of portraying how the characters feel. The acting is FAB.

Third-year emergency medicine resident Tin has to cope with a deluge of different patients every day. Up until the eighteenth, that is. Tin's life is transformed when university student Tol's car is overturned, and he's rushed to the emergency room in serious condition. That night doesn't end when Tin fails to save Tol's life, though. When Tin next wakes, he finds himself in a time loop, a loop he won't be able to leave until he's altered Tol's fate.

Both dramas have a unique storyline filled with suspense and mystery. Each episode keeps you curious and excited to know what will happen next.
Just like The Spiralarm, The Gifted also focuses on solving mysteries and uncovering secrets in a clever and logical way.
the story focuses more on the plot rather than romance.

If you loved the thrilling and mysterious vibe of The Spiralarm, The Gifted is definitely a must-watch!

Food or Drink business theme in both dramas.
Love-hate start for ML&FLs in both.

For Eagle Brothers has Multiple Pairings (5 pairings, 4 of them are good)

Dramas that are great for the winter, that get better when you have a cool breeze from a window. Both have a slow-paced, melancholic vibe, with gentle MLs who have crushes on the FL. The Witch is more stalker-y though

Both stories deal with romantic relationships and explore the dynamics of love, including overcoming obstacles and misunderstandings. In both dramas they start liking each other in school and still love each other over the years even when they didn't meet.
In each, the protagonists face personal challenges such as internal conflicts, past trauma, or self-discovery, both stories delve into how individuals evolve through their romantic experiences.

- Instead of the NIS it´s the police

The Chinese Republican Era. In both dramas, the male protagonists are powerful men with a militaristic past and the leaders of large groups that control most of the territory (Marshall Male Lead).

The Chinese Republican Era, the ML is a marshal/military leader, and the FL is an unfortunate victim. The difference is that in "Scarlet Lip" the hero mocks the heroine in every possible way (due to a misunderstanding), and in the drama "Shao Shuai Fu Ren Cai Shi Zhen Qian Jin" the hero treats the heroine well, always defends her and protects her from evil people.

If you have watched Love Me Love my voice this is a drama that gives a similar vibe and would ease the “missing “ of that drama.
The ML of both dramas are in the medical field professionally and have a secret artistic famous persona
The FL in both dramas is a fan of the ML’s alter ego and gets to know him in both personas.
Their relationship is low-angst in City of Romanc but Love Me Love My Voice. has zero angst.
If you watched City of Romance and enjoyed it first - go - run. - watch Love Me Love My Voice. There is no traumatic childhood aspect but the music takes it over the top.

- appearance change (+ being stuck in a certain body) creates hilarious scenes
- FL have strong personalities

Both are queer themed shows that have flawed main characters and love interests. Egoist is a Japanese BL movie while Love in the Big City is a Korean BL drama (which also has a movie).
