Both are historical political stories set in the palace with an ill king, an evil queen, a crown prince no one wants, and corrupt ministers.
Main differences are of course the POV being that of a doctor in TNO but that of the crown prince in Kingdom and of course Kingdom being focused around a zombie apocalypse

AIL leads are divorced, IAMB female lead wants a divorce.
IAMB leads try to conceive, but discover ML is infertile. AIL leads had a still born baby.
MLs in both get close to a secondary character who is a single mother.
There are potential new love interests for the leads with other characters but they ultimately end up with each other.

Foreign male lead & Japanese female lead. Intercountry romance drama/movie is 1 of my favorite genre. This time with Thailand I can't wait to watch it ASAP. Scent is Chinese movie with Chinese FL & Korean ML.
Both Female lead are trying to get revenge. Not the typical Chinese fl revenge stories. This ones actually make sense.
The female lead was the victim of high school bully. The male lead tried to protect her. There were romance. She grew up determine to protect the weak one and stop the bully. Bittersweet slice of life
Both female lead were victim of harsh bully in school. The male lead didn’t help. Grew up success, and now revenge started.
In both dramas female leads are stubborn, hardworking and persistent.
Gender dynamics and chemistry between leads is similar.
The comedic aspect also falls into the same category.

Badass spy teaming up with a police officer. In this case it's between North and South Korea rather than China and South Korea.
Settings, characters and plot all are very different, but the general tone of both shows, combining crazy humor, super fun stunts, and an engaging cast with great chemistry make both similar experiences. The FL is played by the same actress in both shows too. If you are looking for light hearted action thrillers that don't take themselves seriously and have an engaging plot with little to no romance, there's few dramas that are better than these two imo

Both have same scenarios like school bullying, but someone like dokgo came to eliminate the bullies. The exceptional fighting skills also are notable, like a valiant or heroic characteristic of the lead.
Coming of age stories about navigating friendship and love; characters are musically inclined, play instruments and are in bands. Characters meet at siam station;

Both stories see adolescents navigating love, friendship and relationships. Dealing with (secret) crushes, being lead on and leading on.
