After this incident, she takes back all hope of returning to the field when she gets an order to go undercover. She begins working as a secretary for Ilkwang Hitech under the name, Baek Jang Mi. She is joined by a single mother, Im Ye Eun, who has the beauty of a girl group member, and Hwang Mi Soon, a housewife of 18 years whose family believes her to be an insurance salesperson. Both have NIS agents as main leads who go into undercover after a failed operation

Both are mafia/yakuza. Unforgotten night also have “ you are mine” kinda vibe. Dominant Yakuza is more on the darker side then unforgotten night.

This is the same premise.
The female Lead wakes up after a coma and her life has changed drastically.
She has to piece together the fragements of her memories to understand her surroundings and relatives.
One is about amnesia trope the other is about a long absence ( several years) . This gives the same feeling.

Kim Baek Jin, a respected anchor and leader of the investigative program Argon, upholds a strict standard of verified reporting and journalistic integrity. His team often refers to him as "the Psycho" for his unwavering commitment to the truth. However, when Argon reports on a story that displeases the higher-ups at the broadcast station, the show is relegated to a midnight slot, and Kim loses his senior reporter. Lee Yeon Hwa, an aspiring contract reporter, joins the team to replace him. Despite facing numerous challenges and sabotage from their own company, Argon strives to deliver meaningful and truthful news to the public under Kim Baek Jin's leadership.

My thoughts are both drama revolves around broadcasting industry and investigation programs.

Having started from the bottom and worked his way to the top, Hyeonwoo finds himself betrayed by the royal family of Soonyang Group, the largest corporation in South Korea, after providing 13 years of dedicated service. Just when he thinks all his efforts have been made in vain and prepares to embrace his death, he suddenly wakes up in the body of Dojun Jin, the youngest grandson to the founder and CEO of Soonyang, having traveled back in time. Having been granted this second chance, Hyeonwoo begins to lay the foundation for his revenge against his evil relatives.

my thought is that both hyeonwoo and dong ju are thirsty for revenge after escaping death through second chance against the organization which betrayed them.

Tsuyoshi Nanba changes out of his school uniform and dresses like he does at home. He saves the bullied student. That drama is about the love story between an older man involved in underground business and a young and innocent looking man. The pursuit of a place to rest and a family give a similar vibe even if the storyline is really different

Both series are made by the same people featuring many of the same actors and sharing several tropes. While the themes are different - City Hunter being about corrupt politicians and crime, Dr. Stranger mainly being about North Korean defectors and corrupt hospital politics -, they combine romance, comedy and corruption in similar ways. Both dramas establish a motive of revenge against politicians that wronged their parents, although it takes a slightly different shape in Dr. Stranger as North Korea's involvement is higher than in City Hunter. Both dramas foreshadow twists that are about to come that keep the viewer hooked. Even the plot twists themselves are partially similar in nature and the romance progression shows similarities too, with both dramas having this sort of archetypical can-but-cannot-be romance structure, just that Dr. Stranger has a more prominant 2nd lead.
Even if the genres are different I would definitely recommend watching these two as a set.

Green flag ML with very caring energy/actions with a more stereotypically masculine FL. Great romantic focus and progression in both.

This Is very like love game in eastern fantasy. First of all, the main female lead is the 2nd female lead in love game in eastern fantasy. They all have the first plot as them transporting into the olden days/ other world. The relationship between the main lead in this drama is some what the same as the one in love game in eastern fantasy.

The mischievous girl, Ling Miao Miao, accidentally enters the mission system of the novel Monster Hunting and becomes a villainous supporting character. To return to the real world, she must complete the system's task—winning over the mysterious and twisted young man, Mu Sheng.

Along the way, they team up with Mu Yao, a member of a monster-hunting family, and Liu Fu Yi, a monster hunter. Together, they fight monsters and level up. As the missions progress, they gradually resolve the animosity between humans and monsters, rewrite the fated ending, and save the world.
