I've not seen the Korean Good Doctor but I know it's plot from the American remake.
Lead characters are judged and the conversation of whether or not they should be allowed to perform surgery with their conditions is a prominent theme.

Doctor male leads who are cold/reserved in personality. They are both desperate to save the female leads from their medical issues.

Both are bls, some sad moments, a lot of the plot about singing. As given is jbl, it is more straightforward in terms of bl relationship. TBF covers a slice of life and longer period of time and multiple couples
