When watching this drama, I can't help but think of Chinatown Chacha. Although they're in different modes and languages, the humour and overall plot are similar. Chinatown Chacha is a movie about a woman time travelling back to meet her ancestor to change the fate of her family; I think it's quite similar to Yummy Yummy Yummy.

Both are harem short dramas, with several female characters interested in the male character, who tries to evade them; also, both have some fantasy elements.
Both are transmigration stories, and harem-like, with several female characters interested in the male lead.
Watching Humint,it really reminded me of the movie My Name Is Loh Kiwan ,from their cinematography to the themes they focus on.Both movies deal with life under the North Korean regime and show how it affects the people living there. Both movies show two different points of view:Humint focuses on a South Korean agent on his mission in Russia, while My Name Is Loh Kiwan tells the story from the perspective of a North Korean refugee who tries to build a new life in Belgum. For cinematography, both movies often use cold or very bright colors to give the scenes more emotion.
Theu both lot of the sisters who kill themselves and reincarnate/ transmigrate to the day of the engagement and exchange husbands. and both storys are set in 1980s. I like this idea of beliving in luck and fate versus beliving in self-respect and building a better future.
The two dramas have the same plot. two sisters are transmigrated to day of the wedding/ engagement day, they change husbands trying to change their fate. In "The beggar king the protagonist wishes for a simple and happy life", The histyory that passes in the 80s, the main character wisher recognition and succes for herself.
