One is Xianxia, the other focused on revenge but both are solid in terms of leads, they are all beautifully written and enacted. Shen Li & Jiang Li both have a strong will, whereas Xing Zhi and Xiao Heng both treasured their lovers.
Both dramas were gold with leads that care for each other more and were willing to deal with their problems together. Even when they were being crazy, there were no silly misunderstandings but genuine care for each other.
Warning though: One and Only has a brutal ending, watch it at your own peril.
What I think is similar in both is the maturity between the couples. They understood each other so well.
While Shen Li & Xing Zhi bickered a lot, they still respected each other. Zhou Sheng Chen respected and treated Cui Shi Yi with a lot of care. They get their happy ending in the modern times (in the sequel Forever and Ever).

Its a web drama. Each episodes are totally unrelated to each other. The only thing is it might not have the kind of ending you might expect.
Both have a student who is bullied and he learns to fight and gets his revenge. The plot are highly similar and this movie overall produced excellent

-Similar atmospheres
Although the two have very little similarities they both made me feel the same thing at the end.

Both are mini dramas in which the FL was believed to be mentally ill, abandoned on an island, and then rescued by the rich, troubled ML. Both are hiding secrets from each other.
In both the ML was the rightful heir to the conglomerate and they used their money making ability to get revenge on those who betrayed and destroyed their lives out of greed.
Both takes place in Kyoto, while one focus on the work lives in Maiko House, the other focus on the work lives in a Ryokan. Suited for those who loves Kyoto and Japanese culture.
Both female leads end up working in a Ryokan, not by choice and learn the challenges of handling work politics and difficult customers.
Kamo Kyoto e Iku focus more on her career in becoming a ryokan owner, Promise Cinderella focus more on her romantic life while working in a ryokan.

they have a similar plot of weak boy getting strong but in this case lookism is a body switching one
Both movies are based on the same mythology of a nine-tail fox demon possessing a human woman to seduce the King of Shang, which ultimately led to the fall of Shang Dynasty.
The FLs are very similar IMO. They’re both strong smart competent female lawyers. They were both betrayed by their lovers. In fact, the man that betrayed them is played by the same actor.
The FL in both dramas are similar IMO. They’re both competent smart strong FLs, working hard to succeed in a man’s world. In the Good Partner the FL is a lawyer, divorcing her own cheating husband. In the Queenmaker, the FL is a political campaign guru.
