If FL is writing a novel than it had a pretty much similar plot like Generals lady, although both the drama are different but that one scene can make both the drama similar

Both are about the path of a young man who first pays allegiance to GMD, and next decides to shift to the Communist side, and it is mostly set in Shanghai. But instead of slums, it pictures palaces and instead of a Bank, it centers around the Military Command of the city and its cotton imports and industry.

Both are about a female undercover agent from the Chinese Communist Party ; both are gripping stories (although Sparrow meanders around a mysterious file) and both pay much attention to details filmed.

A romance set in Republican era Shanghai that features undercover agents although more concerned about a revenge plot than about politics. It is less historical, but conveys the Romanticism of that era for Chinese audience. The FL, Jing Tian, is also very fiery, with musical skills despite it is more for dancing tango than playing the piano.

Both are about the struggle of Chinese undercover Communist agents against GMD although not directly in Shanghai and more centered around 2-3 powerful warlords of the time.

Both are based on same historical period with the importance of the Whampoa Military academy, and the rising influence of Communism in and south of Shanghai.

See WJSN in a bit more relaxed, but still as exciting show. Being on holiday, but still together the WJSN-members show their charms and playful sides.

In a different variety show, WJSN play as aliens from a different planet who try to win challenges and win a ticket to go back to earth.
A chance to get to know the members in a different way, but still with fun at the front.

As their variety show WuSoBo shows a different side of WJSN. They have challenges and have to work together as one team and in several sub units to win each challenge!
Not unlike in this show.

Chihiro is depressed and obsessed with his own mortality. Him and his wife, Yuri, decide to take a trip to Bali, Indonesia to see his pregnant sister, Kumi. They hope the trip can bring about change.

WuSoBoShow is a good way to learn more about each member individually and as a group. They do many challenges, activities and group work together.

Although different plot both have pretty similar bl reference (friend likes bestfriend) and this one is sure to make you attached as it will keep you wanting to know more about the ending.

Both dramas are set in a high school. The roof of the school plays a fundamental role. So many mysteries to understand.
