Both dramas are about an alien who comes to earth and falls in love with a human. Both are light and quirky dramas.
DCB references and spoofs MLFTS and begins with the FL watching the drama. Both are about the alien ML who comes to earth, falls in love with the human FL, but only has a limited time to stay or he will die.
Both dramas are short, graphic, and tackle difficult topics such as bullying, violence, and its impact on mental health.
Both explore the idea of time loops and how they can or cannot change someone's fate, although Extraordinary You approaches the idea from a more deeply rooted philosophical point of view (Martin Heidegger's theories of being and time and being-in-the-world).
Also, both have high school settings and filmed scenes at the campus of Seoul's Yonsei University, featuring the distinctive Underwood Hall as the entrance to the high school.

But Suspicious Partner is more tropey, silly and OTT while I Hear Your Voice is more serious, melo and shades of gray. Both have important things to say about justice and the law, but the characters and cases in I Hear Your Voice were better developed and the story overall was more tight and meaningful. Suspicious Partner is fun but the writing is weaker and the leads are kinda 2D.
