The biggest difference is that Shards of Her is a more traumatic drama, whereas Lost Romance has a more lighter take on it.

Both 2023 drama with an ending that just doesn't sit well with me. Both are adapted from isekai novels but due to the censorship had to go around resulting in many changes in the content.

even though both kdramas have different themes, every ep is a different story but overall the characters are still linked together.

if im not mistaken, move to heaven doesnt really touch on romance between the leads, whereas in daily dose of sunshine, theres a main couple (w a love triangle) and second couple.

If you're interested in learning the history Queen Seondeok is a bit earlier but provides some context!! Both dramas were made really well too the acting is really great in both in my opinion

It have similar story all about Concubine. And the main female lead play in both drama as a Concubine

The story is so similar if you like this one you will definitely like life on mars, i recommend you to watch both of them but I prefer Life on mars
