In the year of 2013 in Tokyo, Japan. Due to a long running depression, Labors, which are robots used in construction, are fired. The Division 1 of "Patlabor" is also dispersed. Patlabors are used by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police to combat crime. Division 2 of the next generation survives under a pretext of holding experience for Labor operations. Division 2 struggles to survive, though.

The year is 2050, and humans are mostly extinct from earth. The surviving five Kasuga brothers plan to travel back in time to destroy the invading Killgis aliens before they invade earth. The Kasuga brothers travel back to the year 2015 and get in touch with robot engineer Kurenai Kenichiro (Yoshizawa Hisashi). They plead with him to build a gigantic robot called the Red Barron.

I feel like they kinda give off the same vibe. Both are BLs about Fan Culture, the Entertainment Industry, and Social Media.
Both are Celebrity Romance shows but instead of K-pop idols the main character, Han Sekye is a top actress.
Both shows are centered around idols and social media. Just like how Bump Up Business features K-pop group OnlyOneOf, Celebrity also features K-pop idols like Yuqi from (G)I-DLE, Minhyuk from CNBLUE, Junho from 2PM, Hyosung from Secret and Five Girls, Bora from Sistar, and more.
Both are Romance shows about being K-pop idols. Dream High is about 6 students at Kirin Art High School dedicated to becoming Kpop idols. While they learn how to sing, dance, and write songs they start to develop feelings for one another.
Both are mini dramas by the same director/writer and with the same actor as the ML. While they take place in different eras, both are historical and beautifully done.
