Lee Ji Hoon and Choi Woo Seung are two childhood friends who also happen to be preparatory students for the civil service exam, although Ji Hoon has a secret dream to be a singer and songwriter. One day they meet Yoo Hyun Jae, a popular but problematic member of a popular '90s idol group who accidentally traveled through time to the year 2017 from the year 1993. Thus begins the story of passion, love, and friendship among 20s youth in the entertainment industry.

However, both dramas have master/disciple dynamics, and both have extremely slow-burn torturous romances where the tension cuts like a knife and you can feel the pain in their eyes and your heart feels like it's being squeezed. And that's what matters!
The male leads are also slightly similar in that they're both princes who're sick af at martial arts, but also they're shy and awkward with no idea how to do a romance.

Both are centered around food with delicious shots of cooking. One of the leads is a chef, the other a foodie, and there is a large age gap between the main couple (older ML/younger FL).
