Super sweet shows! I think Her Private Life is slightly better but honestly they're both just great and sweet shows. The main woman in The Day of Becoming You is goddamn gorgeous while the main man in Her Private Life is just damn sexy. The joy of being bi.

Both easy watches, with great chemistry, and minimal drama. DoBY has more drama towards the end, kinda, with a controversial ending (that I found sweet and endearing tbh) while HPL is more drama in the beginning with a soft last half. Both are healing though and just easy wonderful watches.

Both are short length dramas with a visually impaired ML whose vision/color-vision is restored by the FL's kiss/proximity. Both MLs are CEOs of a perfume company who have designed a special perfume, and the FLs approach them with ulterior motives. The main couple has met previously when the FL saved the ML from a traffic accident. Both dramas are very similar in plot and tone.

If you love small town culture. Filmed in the same city. WTCB is much more than a murder plot and there are times when it's barely even there. The overall vibes are the same.

Has the same Hospic setting, with a emotional personal melodrama story, and also the storytelling is much more flavourfull than the blandness of If you Wish Upon Me
