While very different in genre and tone, both Signal and Tokyo Girl tell stories of people using a device to communicate with someone in the past, so the characters build up their relationship/friendship despite not being together in person.

The series Signal is about a police profiler in 2016 who finds an old walkie-talkie that he uses to communicate with a detective in the 80's, while the film Tokyo Girl is about a girl in 2008 whose phone ends up with a boy in 1912. Both stories involve the two main characters not meeting for the majority of the story, or not at all.

Again, they are from two different genres, so it's not so much that you'll like one because you like the other. It's just that they share this common theme that you might want to see in something else.

in "Golden Pouch" Dr. Han Seok Hoon thinks he was abandoned as a child by his mother, however he comes back to Korea and is looking for his parents. Also Dr. Han falls in love with his step-sister, Geum Seol Hwa. Dr. Han's biological father is married to Seol Hwa's biological mother. "Golden Pouch" is a beautiful slow burn drama and Dr. Han Seok Hoon (portrayed by actor Jin Yi Han) and Producer Geum Seol Hwa (portrayed by actress Ryu Hyo Young) have amazing on-screen chemistry that is unrivaled. I truly recommend "Golden Pouch" if you like "It's Beautiful Now".

I'm yet to watch it but the synopses sound similar.
Both haters to lovers style short series around working together.

- FL and ML are in same e-sports team (although OWaB FL is not a gamer). They are CP'd by netizens
- ML personalities are super similar: strict/serious usually, but warm towards those he is close too. Is very flirty/cute w/FL only and gets jealous easily.
- topics both dramas touch upon (other than the obvious reach for your dreams and teamwork): hand injuries from gaming, live-streaming and pressure from netizens, parents not understanding passions for gaming, pro gamers not always getting a lot of money

and honestly, other than those above (and the obvious theme of gaming), not much is the same.
BUT I like the CP from OWaB waaaay more than FITYS....OWaB FL is more emotional/full of expression than FITYS FL who always has a poker face

Nitta Masaki is about to start work as a music teacher at a high school. The high school has experienced turbulence due to the missing person case of the prior music teacher. On the night before Nitta Masaki's first day of work, he visits the music classroom and plays the piano. There, he meets student Izumi Sae. She is his student in homeroom class. Through the missing person case, Nitta Masaki and Izumi Sae soon get closer to each other. Nitta Masaki doesn’t want to admit that his feelings for her has turned into love. Meanwhile, Izumi Sae has no doubt that her feelings for him is love. They then part ways.

5 years later, Nitta Masaki & Izumi Sae meet again. There doesn't seem to be any obstacles in front of them to prevent their love, except for one thing. That is Nitta Masaki is a married man, who has a wife.

But I liked The Long Ballad just a bit better than The Autumn Ballad (because of the ending)

confession and adamas both have a father being in jail for murder. the sons of both dramas are uncovering the truth.

beyond evil and adamas are both slow-paced thrillers. both of them deal with uncovering the truth behind murder case in the past.

Yin and War are the main leads in both series.
They're both Thai BL series most people would enjoy (of course there are some people who wouldn't).
