In both dramas the protagonists returns to the countryside/hometown. Each story is wrapped in a strong sense of community and the protagonists find a way to a "better self" in the warm environment the community brings.
Both are about characters in a comic changing their fate. Rewriting Destiny is Chinese well extraordinary you is Korean. Both are love stories with a sick female lead.
Both of the female lead were kind and then betrayed by close friends and loosed some people they love.
Both dramas focus on vampires and loving humans. Loving the interactions between wanting to love someone for an eternity and not being able to be with that person. Hopefully, love will stand the test of time.
Modern day FL travels to historical world and falls in love with the first person she sees there. Both dramas have the same fluffy endearing tone and sweet romance between the main couple.
The FL is a cat-human who comes from another world and needs the ML's help to accomplish some task in order to get back home. Both are mostly light dramas with a similar feel.
A main character is a cat-human. Both dramas are fluffy and cute and don't take themselves too seriously.
Main character (ML vs. FL) transforms between cat and human.

“To Me, It’s Simply You” also depicts the romance between the main couple who each comes from the city and the countryside respectively.
It shows how the main character who comes from the city has to adapt with life in the countryside while falling in love with the people there.
Not only the concepts are similar, but the vibes or the tone are also similar because they’re light, feel-good and funny.

Similar dark vibes, and themes of murder and a couple against the world. ML desperately needs the FL and the FL is willing to do anything to save him.
Similar themes of murder, trauma, and guilt. Both characters are damaged and find healing in each other, even though their relationship is unusual and messed up. Both are very engrossing Japanese dramas with a similar slightly unsettling tone.
Both couples are traumatized and damaged from their past experiences and find healing and comfort in each other, despite guilt and shared trauma.
Fake brother-sister relationship between the main couple (in CL both know its not true vs. LBTI where the ML knows its fake and the FL thinks he is her brother at first). Similar vibes of their relationship as well. Both are historical setting (LBTI also has fantasy elements but CL does not).
