Recommendations

This recommendation is based on the novel for both of the stories and plot may change (if) when it is aired (since censorship has a big role in Chinese dramas). Immortality and The Scum Villains Self-Saving System has a lot of similar aspects while it manages to maintain originality.

The similarities are

- Master (Teacher) / Disciple relationship
- Death and the reluctance in accepting it (I don't wanna give any spoilers)
- Both has a satisfying end (at least in my opinion).
- Having memories/information about the previous life
- Bromance

The differences are:

- SVSSS has the ML transmigrating into a novel and trying to survive in the role of a villain while supporting the original male lead from the novel, whereas Immortality is about the disciple trying to get revenge in relation to his last life.

Both have friendship and bromance ,, both have friends fighting then taking care of each other to help each other succeed but I don't want to be brothers with you is more to the family than sports

Both are family dramas and both have adopted siblings Bromance or brotherhood
both are very realistic dramas not fantasy

Both have good Bromance and brotherhood ,, both have teenagers trying to succeed in some sport and both have amazing friendships

Both Bromance dramas based on Brotherhood and caring for each other but Killer and healer is more eccentric than I don't want to be brothers with you

Japanese Christmas love story with spectacular cast in both movies. If you like Xmas romance genre bith movie definitely is a must watch. Mizobata Junpei is soooo cute!

Japanese Christmas love story with very spectacular cast in both movies. Ikuta Toma & Mizobata Junpei is an eye candy in both movies. If you like romance genre especially in Xmas both movies is a must watch. I really enjoyed watching both movies.

It's a japanese remake of My Love from the Star.

Both dramas are related because of the secondary couple Fiat and Leo.
They give the same vibe, the difference is that Fiat and Leo aren't as explosive but it is as good.

Both dramas capture the hardships of youth (At a Distance with college and high school with 2013) and both have an incredible bromances.

Exclusive Fairytale is still about to be released however based on novel:

- leads growing up together
- plot going from childhood times to school to university to adult life
- childhood friends to having crush on each other to lovers
- smart male lead who helps female lead study
- male lead being attentive to FL
- dealing with problems of teenagers and then young adults like exams, university, discovering yourself, first jobs

Exclusive Fairytale will air in 2022. As someone who enjoyed Summer Again, I would recommend everyone to watch Exclusive Fairytale when it airs because:

- both dramas have childhood friends to lovers
- focus on school
- funny female leads
- power of friendship
- both are the stories about youth and talk about problems typical for young people

Silamanee is similar to Dao Pra Sok because both dramas deal with a young woman who abandonned her daughter to make a new life. Mother-daughter relationship. The mother remarry and has a son.
