The return of fan favourite "band" No Zuo No Die who always somehow get tangled up in a murder mystery.

This season starts off in a grand hotel and later connects characters from previous seasons and settings.

Season 5, more cases, new and old faces help solve the cases. The season starts off on a (real) cruise ship and ends on a (real) train!

Season 4 of the show, the detective now has an assistant (played by a university student) to help them solve the case.

New season with bigger and more realistic sets (like a hotel in the first few episodes) and more complex cases to solve.

Season 2 of Who's The Murderer, small changes to the concept, same basic setup and new cases to solve.

Kieta Hatsukoi may be a bit more on the fluffy and comedic side of bl, but both of these Japanese series focus on the blossoming love between high school boys. They also both incorporate heart-warming and emotional moments that are sure to keep you invested in their journies as couples.

Both are about secretary romance and both funny!! Both have rich male bosses and female leads are great at acting!

Falling in love after 30? with a partner younger than you??? Such a "scandal"
Both drama are about a blooming romance between a couple with an age difference, the societal expectations of how one's life should be at a certain point in life and how one deals with it in order to be with the one they like. In both drama, you could say there is some type of office romance and there is a strong presence of secondary couples and storylines. Though one has to admit that Find Yourself was by far the more frustrating of the two in terms of the fls' insecurities and troubles surrounding their dating life and love in general.

In both drama we have a strong seemingly cold hearted but actually a softie fl falls in love with a soft ml who just gives in to (almost) every one of the fls wishes. While in Begin Again we have some twists and turns Love is Science is a more relaxing journey of falling in love. Cute secondary couples with a strong presence in the storyline and their fair share of screentime.

In both movies, the main character plays shogi.

MCILAL is more of a 'slice of life' drama. It focuses on the life of Kiriyama Rei and how his relationships outside the world of shogi affect him as a shogi player.

Both shows focus on the game of shogi and the lives of shogi players.

Nakimushi Shottan no Kiseki is a motivational story about the persistance of a man as he attempts to become a professional shogi player at the age of thirty five where as Awake is about a young adult who turns to developing a computer shogi program after deciding to quit playing shogi due to being unable to defeat his childhood competitor.

In both shows the main characters play shogi, and one learns about the game upto varying limits.

While Awake is about a shogi player who turns to computer programming, Banjo no Himawari is a murder mystery where a shogi piece is found near a corpse.
